The only online shop that you have to take returns back to the post office and pay for. You need to keep up with the other online shopping outlets flannels. There’s zero loyalty to your customers. No free returns, expensive next day delivery and no loyalty points - disappointment!!!

Good customer service but down side is the return policy. Not too happy with the fact you don’t get refund they only exchange or credit note bit disappointing

Product arrived promptly. However the products was not in good condition. The shoes I bought were very old stock and were oxidized. The white rubble turned yellowish. If the shoes turned out in a brand new condition everything would be perfect. Delivery service was not up to standard as well. Delivery man left the parcel at my doorstep without my approval, dropped a message and left.

Ordered a jumper to go under a suit for sixth form. It was very poor quality, the end of the sleeves & the bottom of the jumper looked really out of shape because the material was so thin. Considering the price of the item and the delivery charge we definitely expected better!

I paid for next day deliver and the items took 2 days to arrive even though I had ordered well in advance for the next day delivery slot. No apology or refund was even offered.

Quick delivery however ordered two pairs of shoes and one of them was sent in the wrong colour. Ordered online as i have 6 month old twins and going out takes forever but its ended up being even more of a hassle now as i didnt have the correct item for when i needed them and i now have to sort out and pay for postage for return. Wont order online again may aswell just go into store

My item was delivered with security tags on. I had a 70 m round trip to have them removed and was offered nothing in recompense.

Hi I've orderd a few items from u in the past and they have been fine but a week ago today I orderd a cp company jacket and it came with no lens badge on the arm just a hole.i understand things happen and things get lost but I've had my jacket a week now and after contacting u last sat when my jacket arrives I'm still without the lens for the arm I payed for express delivery for a coat I still can't wear and I'm just a bit gutted that I can order something for express it comes the next day and I'm still 1 week later with no lens for the arm

I purchased a pair of giuseppe's online. They came on time however the authentication card did not arrive with the pair of shoes. I messaged them to ask for it and a flannels team member said they would get back to me within two days. It has now been more than 5 days and I have heard nothing back from them.

Two criticisms: 1. The jacket advertised on your web page had a green lined hood. The one I received has a black lined hood. On inquiry, I was told that the former was out of stock and that the former could not be ordered individually. Although I was offered a refund, since I like the jacket itself, I have not pursued this. Nevertheless, it is a disappointment. I hope that you will replace the image on your web page. 2. There were two delays in the original delivery date provided.

Paid £10 for next day delivery. Didnt get it. Both parcels were open when they arrived, one of which had resulted in damage to the coat, that i had to send back. I won't be using them again.

Purchased a jacket from website last Friday. Paid for next day delivery and could not fault it as it was received the following day. The jacket itself however was not to the same standard as there is damage on the back of the jacket. I contacted customer services querying the returns policy and gave 72hours in order to receive a response. With nothing heard another e-mail was sent two days ago with still no reply. Not happy at all with the quality of product or the lack of customer service.

I orderd a jacket from 700€, the package came in a plastic bag. For the expensive jacket its normal that it come in a box or something to cover it more than just a plastic bag. The service feels a littel bit cheap

Delivery was prompt, the variety and quality of the products were good. However, I'll have to give it two stars as they make the customer pay return postage. This is is definitely not the standard expected for a luxury brand retailer. For this reason I doubt I will be purchasing again.

Don’t like the sending back process. I bought from you as I thought it was a high st store. I tried to takestuff back in store and they said I have to send back via post office etc . I’m not good with that type . It also costing me £15 . I’m sending back tomorrow, I also hope it goes back on my card quickly
