I had to use flannels because House of Fraser website is not in use. I didn't enjoy it, website is terrible it doesn't sick to your refine choices, have to pay £6.99 basic delivery & have to send items back at own cost via recorded delivery! Which is fine but 1 of my items was faulty so am not happy about having to return it plus I have had to reorder & repay for delivery again as I can't wait for them to recieve, process then resend it. I seriously wouldn't use flannels apart from they sell the certain brands we buy. So £650+ on few holiday bits & over £20 quid on postage. No one replies to queries apart from to request pictures of damage :( although I must say I popped into the hull store few weeks back & was lucky enough to be helped by a brilliant sales assistant, wish I had gotten his name but he was a credit just shame my other experiences with the company haven't been as pleasant.

Usually I would rate very good as I have shopped with Flannels on several occasions without problems. However on this occasion I have to score poor. I purchased a few items one of them a Hugo Boss hat & scarf set but the hat was missing from the gift box. I could see the box had been tampered with but this is not unusual if an item has been returned and resold. There is no customer service team to call only email which is much slower and very frustrating. It took a couple of days to acknowledge the email only to be told by the agent that they had to look into this further with the warehouse, I am now on day 5 without any resolution or answers. Excellent stock and labels but very poor customer service.

Purchased a ladies shirt, postage was £7, described as "true size" so I ordered a large (L) when it came it was a 10 at the very most. And so to send it back I had to pay about £4 in postage. The result of this is that I am £11 out of pocket for looking at a shirt that was not the right size. Never again!

The service and delivery were actually very good with flannels however i feel i was mislead by the product description. I ordered a hooded sweatshirt which turned out to be a hooded T-shirt. Have returned the item, Very disappointed

Ordered a g shock watch in the sale. Arrived obviously 2nd hand having bracelet already shortened and marks on the bezel. Not impressed but kept the watch as was the last one. I should have been told it was a return

Could do with posting more accurate size details online. Belt arrived and very big. Also delivered wrong colour despite correct colour showing on invoice. Probably won't use again in a hurry

All good However what would definitely put me off again is the postage charge. £9 next day but even £6 standard. Most top companies give free. Having seen previous reviews everyone compains about post charge. How many return customers are you loosing due to this?? I'm one of them!

Online shopping is a must in todays mordern society. Fannels should offer free delivery or collection and returns to stores. For this reason I would not use Flannels again, instead I have used a competitor who offer free delivery and return. Product and website very good.

Got some great stuff but Disappointed in that postage is crazy expensive at £6.99, shirt bought was describe as regular fit when in fact super slim!

Not the best customer service. Ordered online. Received the day after. Ordered size 7 shoe. Opened the box to find a size 5. Rang customer services who said they had no 7s in stock - only in different colours, so I could send back and they’d email me when size 7 back in stock. Original product bought in sale. Asked if price would be honoured and told yes. Then rang back to see if they could check stock levels where I was visiting - they confirmed they had some size 7 in stock in a different colour. Took size 5’s back and explained situation in store. They brought me a 7 then wanted to charge me the difference because the colours in stock weren’t in the sale. Nice.

Flannels is a great looking store with a good brand selling decent clothing. I was let down by my first experience there. I purchased a pair of Ralph Lauren swim shorts at a cost of £55. A pricely sum for swimshorts but that's what I wanted. I used the product for three days in las vegas brought them home and washed them. They discoloured a lot and look years old and tired. These things happen I get it so returned them to the store. Rather than just refund them or exchange them the store manager wanted to confirm with the warehouse whether this was a common issue and wanted a week before offering me a solution. A week passed, no contact. The phone humber for the store I tried ringing five times a day and no answer, no voicemail service or anything. Ended up contacted flannels through their website. Finally I got a call back. He confirm the shorts were faulty and I could have a credit note. I didn't want credit, I wanted the shorts I bought. But they didn't have any in stock. And there was a VERY STRICT policy of not ordering anything in unless they were worth more than £100. Which seemed like a bizarre rule especially when the company / product is at fault, not the customer. I got a credit note for the £55. The website by this point no longer had the swimwear I wanted so had to order something else. I was forced to spend my money at flannels despite not wanting what they offered at this stage. Would make me think twice about using a flannels store again. The website would be better, if not somewhere else.

I paid for next day delivery and I never got my jumper until 3-4 days later! I eventually got the jumper but I shouldn’t have to ring up and complain about it when I’ve paid for next day

I was very disappointed with my delivery ordered a 250 scarf as a gift for a 65th present it came all screwed up in the bag the label all creased no nice presentation box to be honest if it wasn't the fact that it was the scarf they wanted I would have sent it back and bought it from Harvey nics where presentation and the experience of ordering a cashmere scarf is taken into consideration! I have ordered regularly from flannels so I wrote them a quick email explaining my concerns to which I haven't even had a acknowledgment nearly a week later so I will definitely think twice next time and probably take my custom somewhere else!

Very disappointing Bought Hugo Boss shirt, nearly sent it back, looked like someone had been wearing it, full of creases, not in a boss back, don’t think I’ll buy on line again

One of the items I ordered was sent with the security tag I removed. Which meant I couldn’twear the item for the occasion I ordered it. Customer service has given me a choice of going to a store in Essex (I live in London!) to remove, or to return the item. Not impressed!

At this moment l am not impressed with Flannels, l purchased a belt which in the picture had colouered stitching, mine arrived with just black stitching! They don't have an answer, still displaying it with coloured sticking and just offer me to return it! isn't there something about displaying wrongly?

Delivery arrived on time for his birthday but one item looked nothing like picture and arrived looking worn and creased with loose cotton threads so I couldn’t even of wrapped it as I was embarrassed to so I had to make a last minute dash to get something to replace the item. Sending back. Other item was nicely packaged in celophane and looks great on.

I paid 340 pound for a coat and also paid 10 for next day delivery and I received it 3 days later so I was mis sold the next day delivery I will never order from you con artists again.
