My Vivienne Westwood sliders came with the box falling apart! Paying £76 for a pair of sliders I expect the box to be pretty and pristine.

Sorry but not had a good experience. I emailed regarding sizing of a HUGO suit to check that the size was UK sizing, and even went to the extra length of re-checking with them (as I thought they were wrong). I went on to order only to receive a suit that was completely the wrong size (as I thought it was going to be and why I had checked and rechecked in the first place).

Ordered three shirts all XXL, very small sizes, one of the polo shirts was dirty down the creases, paid rather a lot for delivery but an extortionate amount to send back. Went to Liverpool store today to shop 'properly', again sizes very small but the young lady assistant very helpful.

Let down by poor service... ordered a pair of trainers online as they didn’t have them in my local store. They turned up in a bashed box without an invoice of the product. The shoes were too small so they had to be sent back, which cost £11. I tried calling my local store (Lakeside) about seven times in a day, for a couple of days, but there was no response. I managed to reach customer services on the phone, who were very helpful. Good deals, bad service.

As always your site has brilliant clothes and quite good prices but your service is terrible and your price for delivery is extortionate for a standard delivery where for other websites it is between 3/4 pound, I’m pleased with my items but that does not allow for down right terrible customer service and help

Very happy with product however after paying £9.99 for next day delivery, the product arrived with the security tag still on (obviously been taken out of a store) I then had to drive (quite a way) to a store to get it taken off as I needed it for that night. The girl in the store took it off when I presented proof of purchase and was helpful however offered no apology of the inconvenience of this however obviously not her fault but represents the company.

Couldn’t return unsuitable item to local Flannels store. Have now paid £7 delivery initially and £4 for the privilege of returning it. Won’t be shopping at Flannels (online or in store) again

I was disappointed as I ordered my husband a Hugo boss top as a Birthday gift that has came in a badly bashed, ripped and opened box as though someone had already had it previously.

Bought two items for a birthday present they were in the sale. I ordered a hugo boss wallet the box came damaged to the point you can’t even hold it together and some boxers which the plastic box was also damaged. They charge 6.99 for delivery and you have to pay for your own returns which is an absolute joke. Considering both the items are useless to me who wants damaged goods as a present not me. I emailed the customer team on Thurs said it will take upto 72 hours, yet to hear anything definatley will not be buying online again! DPD delivered the package, the package was already ripped even though it had a fragile sticker on it. It was a good thing Flannels have a zip bag that the goods were in.

Poor return service. This is a big part of a premium brand experience and Flannels is well below second rate in this area. Unite terrible really. I had to write my own returns detail, go to a post office & pay for returning goods. When they charge delive y in the first place. Unacceptable when buying premium brands.

Item was great but came in wrong size. Customer care argued a size 35.5 is the same as a 36 and both are a size 3. Had to pay postage for a refund.

Didn’t rate the delivery at all. Paid for standard delivery and was really impressed with how quickly the package was delivered. However I got them delivered to my grandma and grandads as they are always in and they’re was a not left on the door saying “please leave parcel in the garage” , but rather than leaving the parcel in the garage I just got a photo of the door sent back to me saying “could not deliver please rescedual or pick up”.

paid for next day delivery watch I think is expensive for it to arrive 3 days last and then I had to pay for my returns ! If I'm paying that for delivery it should be next day at the latest!!

First time I’ve brought something off flannels website and I’ve had to send it back as it was damamged, very dissapointed as it was my fathers birthday gift now he isn’t going to get on his birthday
