Online purchase went through great as usual and was delivered in a few days. The only issue I have with Flannels is that I you have to pay for you own returns (you used to he able to return items through Collect+ for free). I will always look else where to buy my garments and sneakers due to this. I actually bought a pair of Versace hitops for the same price from another online retailer this week.

Delivery charges are very expensive compared to others and paying for return postage is just ridiculous

I ordered a Tomy hilfiger top and Versace sliders, the sliders came in a Versace box and were in good condition but the top was just chucked on top of the box, not even folded, and when I opened the top up I saw a mark on the bottom of the top, I am not happy with the company as I’ve never had any problems in the shop but as soon as I order online it’s like they don’t care about the items

Ordered a necklace and purse, order total came to £175 including £6.99 shipping which I didn't mind paying for both my items, however the purse I ordered was apparently not in stock, so was cancelled from my order but I was still expected to pay the £6.99 for the one item, I was hoping as a good gesture they would offer me free postage or something as they allowed me to buy a purse that wasn't in stock, but no nothing, I then tried to request to cancel my entire order as the £65 necklace reduced from £80 had now become £71 including the astronomical shipping charge, (I get an entire year next day delivery with ASOS for just £9.99 to compare) my request was completely ignored and my item still shipped out, thankfully the necklace was beautiful I ended up keeping it for my girlfriend, that's the only reason it gets 2 stars, Customer service was awful, the shipping charge by today's standards was expensive and on a whole I'll probably not order from Flannels online again unless it's the last resort.

Ordered before before 2pm on a Sunday afternoon for next day delivery which should have been with me for Tuesday and didn’t receive till Wednesday which was too late.

Delivery was prompt and I was kept well informed of where my delivery was and when I should expect it. When it arrived one of the items had a hole in it near the badge on the front. I will be returning this item. The only disappointing thing is that the returns are at my own cost for an item that was faulty and should not have been sent out in the first place.

Happy with product but delivery service was terrible, paid £9.99 for next day delivery and received it 2 days later! DPD are awful, incredibly difficult to get hold of and I also struggled to find any contact us info for flannels. Not a good customer journey post sale, very difficult to find anyone who was even interested and able to support me to resolve the issue.

The items arrived promptly and within three days of placing my order however I ordered 3 necklaces and received only two gift bags and boxes and the third necklace was placed in a clear plastic bag which had hole in, i emailed flannels twice and had no response back with regrading the missing gift box and bag

I payed for next day delivery and it arrived the day after. When my order came through the packaging was badly damaged leaving a mark on my order, am very angry about this !

Really disappointed with flannels. Ordered my children’s eid clothes online and did not receive my complete order, now I have to mess about trying to sort this out . Not good !!!

I wasn't too impressed at the next day delivery i asked for, paying extra to ensure my item arrived the following day. As on this occasion it arrived 2 days after. When I tried ringing flannels there was no one to take the call.

ordered 31R jeans, clearly stated on invoice too but I was sent 31L, very dissappointed as i paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately I couldn't wear the jeans on the planned occasion as they we're too long. I also had to pay postage fees to send the jeans back. Very disappointing.

Happy with the product,l. Disappointed with delivery considering it cost approximately £7. This was cancelled on the suggested day only to be rescheduled on an unsuitable day. Had us ask a relative to sit in and wait on the delivery. Disappointed

My main order was a sunglasses hence i asked for next day delivery. Next day i had an email to state the sunglasses i order is out of stock. The rest of the order i could have get it thru normal delivery. If the sunglasses out of stock why was i not informed before.
