Due to an issue with my order being duplicated, the item I wanted was despatched twice, when I called and let you know, I was told to not accept one of the deliveries as they had a different delivery number. My mum took delivery of them and when they were delivered, they were put on the same delivery by DPD and they had a real problem with this which caused my mum some stress, I am still waiting for the refund and hope that there is no issue with this although at present I am sceptical. I do hope this finally gets resolved as it is my first online order with Flannels and will not be doing so again unless the returns and refund process goes smoothly. Thanks

Sent a cs ticket for some tracking help, they didnt do sh*t. Parcel been "In transit" for 1 week, probably going to be cancelled or returned automatically. Bad customer service that doesnt bother to read what you need help with.

Bought a Hugo Boss sweater in a Small size. It turned out to be the equivalent of a large. Was not happy at all, hence the return of the item.

Fairly prompt deliver but paid for next day so this was to be expected. Had to pay for returns by special delivery as my Uggs were far too small.... all in all I paid £21 in delivery costs (delivery charge and returns charge) for nothing ....

Good selection of brands and good varied items. Paying for designer clothes I would not expect such high delivery charges. Plenty other places or websites other free delivery. Will be going with them next time.

I paid for next day delivery and I received my order 2 days after which I’m not happy about...,is there any chance I get refund for not deliver the order the next day that I paid for.

The website was easy to use and had plenty of choice. However the website does not contain all the correct information. I purchased two Hugo Boss polo tops with exactly the same description, regular fit. Upon arrival one had a label in the collar stating slim fit. I doubled checked the website incase this was my error as I had noticed slim fit on several other Hugo Boss polo's. Upon checking I discovered that the website was incorrect with its description. I incurred return postage when this was not my error. If the polo had been regular fit as stated I would have kept it. It is important for online shopping that descriptions are correct. This was not, it is available in several colour's and the description is incorrect on all of them. Overall disappointed but happy with one polo.

I brought my product on Friday and received it on Sunday despite I did next day delivery which was not acceptable as I had to pay extra for that

The worst thing to deal with involving flannels is the huge cost of the delivery charge you have to pay even for the smallest of items like a poxy t.shirt which i might add recently cost me more to receive from flannels than a huge box containing a massive hammer drill i ordered from a tool company which was in its own hard plastic container & both companies using the same delivery method DPD. Come on flannels really.

I think for the price of clothes that are sent that Flannels should consider a lower price on their delivery. I find it absolutley shocking that next day delivery is £9.99, and you have to pay to have the item returned. I’d probably shop in Flannels a lot more online if it weren’t for the cost of the delivery. Need to get in line with their competitors like End clothing etc.

Actually, I going down to your shop in Vicar Lane, Leeds to buy the shoes but your staff told me that they don’t have it in stock. I ask her can I order it in store and pick it up later but she say she can’t but I can order it online and pick up instore. So I order it online but I can’t choose to pick up in store and I have to paid £6.99 for delivery. It seen like a bit cheating but I still order it. However, I think you need to provide a better training to your staff because she giving the wrong information and never mention about the charge.

6.99 for delivery... Ordered custom fit t shirts, they arrived and were custom slim fit - not as advertised. Customer also has to pay for returns.. Fortunately flannels sent out a prepaid postage for the return, following a complaint via email. No mention of refunding my delivery cost. I've sent back for a refund. I have no t shirts & I'm 6.99 down...

My Ralph Lauren jumper arrived and was faded, it had been left in direct sunlight I presume but the bottom half was darker than the top. I was really disappointed to discover the delivery costs which I found expensive too at £6.99 and then when I went to return some of the delivery it cost me a further £8.70! So because of the bad quality of the jumper and the delivery and return costs I will not reorder.

Disappointed that I had to right this. Order some sandals for wife for are holidays. Got sent wrong side to had to PAY to send them back and now they out of stock.!!!! This May be my last shop here as it cost the customer money to shop online it flannels send wrong size. This can’t be right can it?
