Paid for next day delivery and I was under the impression I placed my order in enough time to qualify for it. Received item not the next day but the day after. When package arrived the box was completely damaged, and whilst the item was fine not too impressed with the service and probably won't buy from you again.

Ordered two Ralph Lauren custom fit polos, one arrived in a plastic dust bag as you'd expect but the other came loose with no packaging? Got sent custom slim fit polos instead which are a completely different fit and not what was advertised (different labels to the photos). Returned for a refund and a complete waste of time.

The product I received came a little bit messily inside the flannels zip up bag, but thats fine, that can be sorted out, the thing that annoyed me is I paid £7 for shipping and they leave the metal detector badge on the d&g polo i bought, I had to go to Flannels in Leeds to get this removed which caused me extra hassle. If I got a refund on shipping that would make up for it

Website had a technical glitch so payment was taken 3 times customer service only communicate via email and are not helpful bot empathetic to the issue caused by there website disappointed definitely my 1st and last order online with flannels

I initially wrote about ex VAT purchase as I am in Guernsey, I was told my purchase would be VAT free but it was not.. I wrote 4 time to customer support without any reply.

Delivery is too expensive, there are expensive clothing I want to buy on the website but refuse to due to the delivery cost. If I’m paying over £100 for one item of clothing I would expect to have the deliver free.

Clothes always come up small despite stating 'Fits true to size, take your normal size'. Usually a large so bought XL as I know designers come up small and it still didn't fit. Wasting money and time on delivery and returns

Returned part of the purchase for exchange and refund. Since the size required was out of stock , the refund of the returned dresses should be arranged. Just a simple matter , yet the total sum of the refund was incorrect. There was no detail or clear information from the acknowledgment email . It’s rather disappointed.

Product good but that’s more to do with the manufacturer than flannels themselves. Paid £10 for next day delivery to receive it 4 days later, to be told that it’s an ETA. So why pay the extra?

Disappointing that a store the size of flannels charges for both delivery and returns. This would make me re think where I order from given that both big stores offer feee delivery

Clothes sizes are not right I brought a years 6 dress for my 5 year old daughter which in actual fact fit my 2 year old and she is petite for her age so was not very happy about that especially with the price that I had to pay

Packaging on arrival completel ruined and out of shape. Absolutely not the place to order from if your item is a gift- which mine was.

We purchased some items for our holiday and all items where not in the parcel sent a email and was told it would be looked into and still not heard anything and paid the extra postage so it would arrive in time disgusted with service

Paid £10 for express delivery to find it came four days later? Then I had to return which cost me another £5
