Box was damaged. Had to send it back to exchange for a different size and had to pay additional postage.

The online order was efficient in terms of a quick delivery however when I received my jacket the delivery bag was torn which was disappointing. Luckily my coat was okay in the bag however from a luxury retailer it wasn’t what I expected which was disappointing.

Hi no problem with flannels as a company however dispite me washing as recommended by the label the tee shirt has shrunk to a small and is now my son has cast it aside ,his money wasted.

it's the cost for shipping and then you have to pay to send the items back. this will be the last time i use Flannels.

Incorrect item received (which is for a birthday gift) - so I asked if I could exchange. I was then asked by Customer Services to send a photo of the item which I forwarded on 9July - no response received to date. I really wanted to give this item as a gift on 20 July. Due to delays presented by your Customer Service Team, it seems that this will not happen.

Purchased Saint Laurent Polo in L which they indicated on site as regular fit, true to size, however it was more like an XS, super fitted. Then they charge me for the return shipping. Other comparative retailers show the product on models, in videos, indicating the model measurements to avoid these types of issues. Other comparative retailers also pay for the return shipping and have sections on product pages where people can comment on quality, sizing etc post purchase. Flannels really need to lift their game in terms of their website. On a positive note, delivery was super fast.

Made order yesterday sundayvthe 8th payed for next day delivery! It’s now 1pm on Monday I have no email to say order is processed no delivery time or date nothing ! I’m going on Holliday that’s why I payed for next day delivery ! Need some info on my order !

Good service but the box for my Hugo Boss walltet is damaged!! Paid a lot of money for it and got a failty box!?

There was nothing wrong with the products but on delivery I found one item still had a security tag on. As a disabled pensioner I shop online as getting out is difficult but on this occasion I had to travel around to find a retailer willing to remove it. I reported it to customer services and they refunded the postage or will have when it arrives in my bank.

We paid £10 delivery for next day delivery but items didn’t come until 2 days after, despite a text from DPD saying to expect the parcel the day after. DPD clearly are damaging Flannels reputation.

I still don’t have all of my delivery I ordered on 27 JUNE. I am not getting answers to email. Part of the order was returned to you and I think has been sent again. This has happened previously- I think the delivery company is very poor. I called about a separate matter and had to hold for 30 minuets before I spoke to someone who gave me inaccurate information.

I am normally very happy with the service but in my recent order I received some shoes where the box was severely damaged. I'm disappointed to say I've yet to receive any action on rectifying this problem

I don't agree with having to pay for postage and then have to pay for return postage as well. I ordered the same t-shirt in two sizes as not sure what one would fit and paid delivery and I sent one back and had to pay for return recorded delivery, as recommended by Flannels which meant I had to go to a post office. Please take a look at your returns policy??

It’s a joke how expensive delivery is. Returns policy in store is also bad how you can only get a credit note. Puts you off buying anything from there. Prices online don’t match I store prices. Overall poor compared to Selfridges or Harvey nicols
