Not so happy with the shoes I bought online as there were no tags on them, I know this because I buy shoes from this particular designer and there's always excessive tags and there were price tags in the shoes which leads me to believe they might of been display units, the shoes themselves were in "okay" condition, delivery was quick, would've returned them if returns were free

i recent recive moldy wooden shoe shapers from Cathcart Elliot. insted of new product for the order i place 2 weeks . the costumer service is slow to respond back.

Received no reply on three seperate occasions when asking for advice about my order on Twitter but i saw them replying to other peoples questions. In the end i found the same product in a smaller size on another website INCLUDING free next day delivery. Quite shocking as i had paid £6.99 standard postage with you. Placed a new order on the other website and returned original order from you rather than wait any longer for a reply. Disappointing experience from such a high end store, i’m self employed and saved for a long time to treat myself to a £170 tshirt. Expected a better service.

I ordered online, it was the wrong size - my fault. However they wont let me take it back to a store. I need to repackage it and send back it recorded delivery - crazy and not customer friendly. No excuse.

No problem with products but delivery charge of £6.99 is outrageous when delivery was promised for Monday 4th June, heard nothing further, but did not arrive until Thursday 7th June! Very disappointing!

I understand that custom duties may be added, but they don’t specify how or what carrier will try to collect those charges. I had some company I never heard of trying to extort my credit card info over the phone. Then they threatened me with not delivering my package. I still have not received my package nor have I received any explanation from flannels customer service

Order a moncler tshirt payed 170 pounds when it arrived tag on shirt said 160 pounds emailed flannes to ask why have payed more then tag week later still no answer

The discounted price is very good. And the delivery starts quickly. But then it's the worst. The delivery is too complicated. How many companies are they shipping? So it is too slow. Below is the company that was shipped to the United States on receipt of the goods. 1. sportsdirect (I'm not sure if he's still going through this company. ) 2. DPD (most pitiful. There is no sense of responsibility.) 3. Aramex (I thought this was the end. And there is no answer to this question.) 4. Fedex .... Can't you just send it to Fedex from the beginning?

Upset how you can’t order into store but have to pay £6 delivery when all other large retailers have free delivery’s, I could understand if I was ordering something cheap but I spent £200. I spent £60 on trainers at jd and got free delivery this needs to be looked as specially as I went to 2 stores and you didn’t have what I wanted in stock. Happy with the clothes but service wasn’t very good

Ordered item to be delivered to a collection shop they had listed. Item was delivered but they were unable to deliver to the shop they had provides as an option. Then have sent 3 emails to chase the item to be delivered to another address. Still waiting for it after paying £6 for delivery over a week later.

Maybe I just didnt see that import duties not included. I didnt also see that you are going to assign a broker for me which in my case, charged me $64, otherwise I would have just cancelled my order. Havent received the item as of this time.

Product is excellent but £6.99 for delivery plus charging for returns is just really off-putting. In the current market when other, much cheaper price point retailers, are giving free standard delivery or at the most £2.99 delivery plus free returns, it’s really disappointing to be buying premium products and then having to pay a huge delivery charge on top. It’s really put me off shopping with you in the future and I think it’s something that you should really consider as a brand. Thanks

I ordered a number of items which cost over £6 for delivery, a pair of Kenzo high tops and a pair of Puma trainer's both sizes 7(41). The puma fit was perfect but the Kenzo where at least a size 8. When I checked the box and the inside of the boot they both read a size 7..So I returned the high tops and ended up paying over £11 to send them back. They are at least an inch bigger then they should be. My biggest disappointment is the amount I have to pay to return them as well as having to wait up to 28 for a refund. I don't think I will be ordering anymore items from them as any wrong sizing will cost you a lot more to return them. Is a shame as this was my first order and had a number of other items in my basket. I will call customer service and see if they can explain why the sizes vary so much and enquir why we as the customer should have to pay such a heavy price to return any item's that are not appropriate.

I purchased a Moncler jacket online for £420 when it arrived it had a tag on for £395. I have sent an e mail requesting a refund of the difference but didn't even get a reply! Wont be back

Negatives : The customer service in the store is not great, the majority of the staff are rude and unhelpful. The staff in the Spinningfields branch are not the best. (Some of the older guys are decent, but the younger dudes are moody, I actually dont like asking some members of staff for help) When after a refund in store due to the garment not fitting correctly, I was given a credit note even though it was purchased 24hours earlier (that would not happen with Selfridges). The online store isnt that great either and they do not like to help resolve issues, they are pretty much unresponsive, and £7 for delivery is crazy when you spend £100+. Oh and when you do return an item online it you will have to pay for postage. Positives: Great range of items, outlet store is decent online and they sent me 20% off for my birthday (thats the only reason you get 2 stars!) Overall: I spend a lot of money in this shop and online and the garments and sneakers aren’t cheap so I would expect better customer service. But Sports Direct do own Flannels so I don’t expect any sort of customer service to be honest. I will continue to spend money here, but I always check other stores and will go to another shop if they have the same products for sale. Sort the CS out and you will get 5stars no problem, because the range and quality items you have make me want to spend ££££ every time I am online or in store!
