I ordered some size 4 trainers online. I recieved a size 4.5. I called customer services and they asked for proof so i took photos and sent them to them. I also mentioned that the trainers did not have the tags on and that someone had removed them but they are in the box. I didnt get the response that i was expecting and now it has been 3 days and still have not heard anything back from customer services. These were supposed to have been a gift and a exchange could take another week or so. Waste of time and money.

Very poor delivery informed dps of changed of delivery address just took no notice even though they confirmed it had to wait another 2 days for delivery when the parcel arrived it was open ..... Dps response was it was not are usual delivery drive very poor

One of the jumpers that came (XL) was quite faded compared to the large. So I’ve asked for it to be exchanged for another XL and hopefully the problem can be resolved.

I ordered three items 114759/03/280 642297/18/333 and 693394/03/390. The first two items were the items ordered an am very happy with these. The last item was not the item I ordered and I have sent this back signed for 1st Class on the 4th April. I paid £4.45 to post this item back to you so I an not very happy. I also still have not received confirmation that you have received this. In the past I have been extremely happy with your service . At the least I would hope that you will reimburse the postage. As I know that you are a well respected company and this was an oversight I have placed a new order for a different item today. Best regards

I received a faulty item and it has taken too long for you to get back to me for a discount. In ordering an expensive item I would expect it to come in perfect condition and have good services with it from your team. Unfortunately my expectations were not met

As a regular buyer from flannels I was really disappointed with my last online purchase. I was sent the wrong size of product and was a complete hassle to return as you are not allowed to return them to store and heave to send back by either courier or record delivery to get a refund which takes 5-7 days or an exchange really disappointed

Not impressed at all to be honest. Bought a T shirt online which said the size was as expected and to buy your normal size. So I bought a Large which ended up being too small. It didn't even fit my son who is a m/l. As we have a Store in B'ham I decided to take the t shirt there to sort out the issue. I was informed in store,that they would not give me refund or a credit note quite flatly without even an"I'm sorry sir but..." and as they do not stock the item an exchange for a larger size was out of the question as well.

I waited in for my delivery on two occasions & it never arrived nor did anyone contact me. Extremely hard to contact anyone in regards to my order. Would think twice before ordering from here again.

I received an email that said my order is in store so i went to collect the order it didnt come so i had to wait and go another day it took 8 days. I ordered M after going through size guide and previous items i had purchased however it didnt fit so i now have to return it.

Ordered sunglasses from outlet which where delivered with several scratches. If they are discount because of damage this should be listed clearly for customers to see as my assumption was that the glasses
