I ordered 2 handbags as gifts for Mother's Day. Whilst the delivery of them was quick, I was provided with both handbags, in one "Flannels" Cloth bag. When opening that bag, only one of the handbags had the designer cloth bag. Having spent over £200 and ordering 2 bags, I would have expected 2 of everything. The store were unable to help as they did not stock that brand. There is no telephone number for customer services. The ones of Google cut you off after ringing out. The store alleged that they were also unable to ring through. You can only email. The emails take a long time to be answered, and 5 days later, I am still no further forward... other than they are going to contact the Warehouse.

Purchased a couple of things from them online but they delivered the wrong shoes. I had to post back myself which due to the weight of the item cost me £12. I also tried to contact their customer service to which i got just one email reply asking for a photo of the shoes that were delivered and then no further replies to my emails! Will not be using again

I order quite often and shop in flannels quite a lot and the jacket I bought which was a lanvin bomber was too small I sent back with the option for the next size up and received a email saying I’ve been refunded as the next size isn’t available. I went straight online to where I purchased and the jacket was there in the size requested, I also had to pay special return delivery costs with insurance due to the cost of my item for now I have nothing but paid the return bill so I am actually down money wise! Not very good at all really

Bag not packaged well for international delivery. How can you put a 3000 USD Bag into a plastic bag and wrap it once??? Also the embroidery was dirty, there have been stains of glue on the bag etc. Poor experience

The packaging is really poor. When spending over £500 on a handbag or any luxury item, I would expect it to be delivered in a box, with some quality packing, not just a cloth Flannels bag wrapped in a hand torn piece of bubble wrap then a standard plastic mailing bag, particularly when the P&P charges are some of the most expensive that I ever encounter. The packaging at Aldi is more superior and is Free. I would expect more from a luxury retailer and won't be using them again

Item was due to arrive Friday, delayed due to bad weather which is fair enough. However now told it won’t arrive until Thursday!

I bought a Pom Pom hat which I got delivered to sainsburys when I opened it when I got home the hat was fine but the security tag was still secure on the Pom Pom I had to go out of my way to the fannels stores to get it taken off. what a inconveinece . It should of been checked before sending to customer I am not amused. Mrs muir

Description of he product is completely inaccurate. The website states a 9cm heel, actual heel height is 12.5cm. No confirmation email received after purchase. Inaccurate delivery information. All together a very unprofessional service for a supposedly 'high end' retailer.

Had to return my purchase due to it not fitting. Had to pay to return which cost £12, where as other returns are free. Hope the next size fits or that’ll be £24 for nothing.

Went to buy product in Altrincham store. Price tag £77 but store refused to honour. Claimed it was miss priced. Looked at Internet price which was £77 but then had to pay for postage. For a new store very poor personal service, doesn't bode well for customer loyalty. Nearly didn't bother to follow through purchase. Did eventually purchase items via Internet. For new store or customer service very questionable. Not really tempted to revisit store, perhaps I am not the proposed target market!

Delivery is expensive at £6.99 but i bought two items so it did not feel too bad. However only one item was delivered as the other was out of stock making the delivered item more expensive. The delivered item was not acceptable as the website photo did not represent the actual goods and so i need to return it. On this issue the web photos were all poor quality and only showed one viewpoint compared to other clothes websites. The returns procedure would benefit from a Collect Plus type system.

I purchased from Flannels.com for the first time this holiday season. The ordering and delivery process was fine. Unfortunately my items arrived damaged. It took their team 2 months to respond to my emails. They offered me a 10% discount OR I could return the items AT MY OWN COST. No thank you. Never again. Keep your flannel.

I have ordered a Victoria Beckham bag from Flannels, it was reduce more than half price which is great but i still have to pay for shipping fee! Who charges shipping fee now aday when you are spending over £300! I have noticed that even if you are spending thousands of pounds, you still have to pay for the £6 shipping fee. Anyway, the bag arrived very quickly by DPD but it didn't come with it's original VB box, not even a box to protect the bag; just the VB dustbag and another flannel dustbag. They then put it in a plastic *none* padded envelope! When i saw the bag, it looks like it has been used! I am not sure if the bag was a display item or someone returned it previously but there's obvious defect on the leather front, and bottom of the bag. Also the metal clasp is scratched! I understand the bag has been reduced for more than half price but i dont expect to received a bag that looks like it has been used! Seriously, this is so disappointing! On the website, it didn't mention about scratches or defect on the bag at all! Did i call or return the bag? Of course not but i would love to exchange this to a brand new unused one. I am not paying for another postage fee to send the bag back to flannels. Also the amount of negative feedbacks online about their returning /exchanging service are shocking! I really dont want to go through the stress and hassle of that hence i decided to keep the bag. I have order some leather gel and hopefully i can buff out the defects on the leather. All i can say is, the item i received is totally false advertising! The condition of the bag i received is not brand new at all!

Disappointing you cannot collect in store free of charge (or minimal fee) as most other stores offer these days. Delivery charges very expensive, probably the most expensive I have experienced.

I ordered a Stone Island I’ve jacket in gray. He jacket came and was covered in black marks and dirt. It looked like it had been dragged around on the floor. Not what you expect when you spend £500+ on an item. I’ve returned the item at a cost to myself and still awaiting a resolution. Emails take upto 72hours to be answered and a telephone number is not easily located. I always loved flannels back in the day. It appears, since they’ve gone down hill since being purchased by Sports direct.

Was told my item was being delivered on Monday and it came Tuesday. I paid £40 each for two tops and they had price tags on for much lower. Customer services would not refund delivery or price difference
