Me and three friends decide to buy a Canali suit each. All of us find that we can not fit our normal sizes, leading us to have to pay for an expensive return. On top of this, usually, Flannels packages are packed quite exclusively. This time i recieved a black plastic back with a broken hanger and a suit seeming like it had been thrown in there. Flannels used to be exclusive, not it felt more like TK maxx, probably last time I used the shop

I paid for express shiping, got my order only after 1 week from UK to Latvia(3 hours on plane). Got some dirt on gucci sweater tag and bad smell on item.

My recent order was good, bought a Canada goose bur something was in the fur but not sure what it was, could have been glue? Beforehand it took a few attempts to order it as it kept getting declined by flannels I don’t know why. And every time it was declined it took a week for the money to go back, the bank gave me details for flannels to email them so my bank can release the funds but flannels refused. Would recommend but think it needs more work on better customer service

As a high end retailer, very unprofessional customer service. 1. Requested to pay £6.99 shipment but does not include the return cost. 2. No efficient contact method. 3. Even this review link is not specified enough for their own.

I am un likely to order again because of your returns policy . Most retailers offer free returns,that can at least be returned to store for free. It has just cost me £8.55 for postage to send back a dress that wasn’t suitable.I kept one but had to send it back in the flannels bag so I didn’t even get to keep the bag for the dress that was suitable. sorry to be negative but it will stop me from reordering. I bought a v neck jumper which I really like but got the wrong item tried to call the customer services after few attempts got through and explained what happened and asked for their wrong item to be returned via DPD still waiting for this to be arranged it’s been a week now

I ordered a v neck jumper from their website and 2 days later got the wrong item when I tried to call their customers services after few attempts got through and made a complaint and was promised to have the item returned via their courier and still waiting very bad service

Description of items were incorrect. I emailed customer services and never got a response. Shipping returns back was rather expensive. I will not be purchasing from Flannels again

All my previous parcels came well packed in boxes was not impressed with this one.It came in a thin bag nothing to it if that parcel had been damaged on route it would have definitely damaged the coat.

I ordered a Cotton Ralph Lauren jumper, but when it arrived it was 100% wool, and still had the electronic security tag attached. I have checked online and it clearly states that it is 100% cotton as I can't wear wool as it irritates my skin. Even if I could have worn it, the bulky plastic security tag could not be removed! A total waste of time and postage.

I was somewhat disappointed with my purchase. It was purported to be half price but I would never have paid the full price for it - this is due to the fact that it wasn’t pictured very accurately so it looked like a fairly svelt cut when Michelin Man would be an apt description. The quality was definite questionable. The bottom of the zip isn’t sewn in accurately and the material isn’t really to the standard of the other Burberry garments I own. That said, the other stuff in the wardrobe is 3 or 4 years old so maybe this is how it is now.

We have ordered a large amount of cloths from Flannels and having to pay for returns on returns is a joke! Sorry, but no more!

Quick delivery but have to pay for returns. Can’t order multiple sizes of same item due to return cost. Other retailers offer free returns so can order a big selection and send back what’s not needed. Probably would do so much better if they did offer free returns. Seem to be applying sports direct mentality to high end items! Bad business move

I was disappointed to find that when I received my jacket that there was a receipt from Nandos in Newcastle in the pocket. If I had wanted to buy a nearly new jacket, I would have bought one on eBay. My disappointment is felt all the more acutely because I have only had excellent service before.

Item description are not always correct if a items listed as regular fit but is actually slim fit or vice versa we pay £7 delivery &-then upto £11 return postage as well as time wasted.

Different colour trainers sent. Sent email but said they would get back in 72 hours but it has been 6 days & I still haven’t heard anything off them! Difficult to get in touch with them!

I visited my local flannels store to purchase a stone island hat. I asked the assistant if they had the product, she checked the back and found that there was none in stock but told me I could order it online. I asked would it be possible to have it delivered to the store as I work full time and didn’t want to risk it being delivered to my home address, only to be told that only orders above £200 can be delivered to store. I think this is ridiculous. I still ordered the hat because it was a gift for a family member but I must say almost £7 for standard delivery is day light robbery!! I ordered the parcel to be delivered to a news agents about 10 minutes from my home address and received an email to say the delivery would be ready for collection after 12pm that day. I therefore made a special trip to pick the hat up only to be told it hadn’t actually arrived!! I think the whole experience was a joke, the hat eventually came and my dad loved it, however this experience has really put me off shopping with flannels in the future!!
