I am still waiting for a reply to my email as 2 orders that I paid £6:99 each for delivery to home were sent to Sainsbury’s so I had to make two unnecessary journeys and I have requested my delivery payment refunded but no reply and it’s over the 72 hours

The jeans I ordered were not specified as being cropped & the trousers I also ordered were not advertised in the right size - it stated that size 38 was an XS when it was a size 10

Ordered online. An item was missing. Needed it the following day. No customer service telephone number. Emailed flannels via the website. Still not heard back. Shocking service

From 4 orders placed, 2 of them turned up with damaged clothes. They are supposedly new clothes but they came stuffed into a flannels bag with no individual sealing. When you are spending this amount on clothes you expect it to be brand new and sealed - I suspect flannels is selling previously returned or rejected clothes. The only reason they avoid 1 star is the refund was fast - I still dont have my postage back so ill drop it to one star if it doesnt show up soon. There are many alternatives to Flannels who care about what they send to customers, use them instead.

Sent the wrong size., I asked for UK size 14 they sent UK 10. When I phoned I waited 40 mins on phone for a reply. Said they could not keep dress in correct size until they had received other dress back by which time they may not have the dress!! So I ordered and paid for the dress again , waited for a return label for wrong size then had to take it to a collection point. Still waiting for refund !

You may sell designer clothes, but the whole setup of your e-commerce is totally sports direct. Yes i know your owned by Mike Ashley, thats why i said it. £6.99 for delivery? ridiculous. No ordering or returning to stores? ridiculous. No pre-paid returns labels? Awful.

Bought a coat and was too small, tried to return it to the shop and was told it had to be sent back via post as the online shop was a different company. I had to pay £10 to return the item. Every company I’ve shopped with online previously offer free returns or at least allow returns to a shop. Very disappointed and will never shop with them online

Absolutely ridiculous that customers have to pay for their own returns when shopping online, especially when initial delivery costs are so high. This mentality is outdated and short-sighted in a world where e-commerce is transforming how people shop. Never shopping here again!

I have noticed the delivery charge has gone up by £1 so is now £6.99, after spending nea on £1000 on 2 items I’d expect delivery to be free as standard after spending a certain amount. Not being able to order online in store is abit in the stone ages as this is a service available everywhere now days

Didnt have a bad experience however the fact i am expected to pay full delivery on a returned item is a bit ridiculous. Also instructions on returns are over complicated and confusing. It doesnt say anywhere clearly how i can return an item and get a refund so im just sending back with a note on invoice in the hope i get a refund for a particular item. Good quality items delivered quickly and website is well presented but returns are a bit issue for me.

Don’t no how you can justify charging £6.99 for delivery it’s a disgrace especially if you order over a certain amount and you should be given the option of it been delivered to store free!!

I ordered a blouse and dress on line. Neither were suitable so sent them back. It cost me almost £20 in postage fees just to try on these 2 items. Will shop in store in future

Ordered a Stone Island jacket, it was delivered without the sleeve badge & with a mark on the jacket. Returned. Refund issued promptly though.
