I received several products from flannels in my order in a very quick turn around. When my products arrived however they had price tags on cheaper than the price i had paid on the internet. My savvy shopping in the January sales online was tainted by the though i had overpaid for a product that was supposed to be in the sales. Don't get me wrong I've just spent best part of £65 on ralph socks i hardly need to count the pennies but its the principle of the thing. The customer services were very matter of fact... "you agreed a price ...blah blah blah" all i wanted was the customer service to see it was a dick move and just say sorry, we see what your saying and don't worry it won't happen again. Instead the bull*hit email I've just received has prompted me to do a war and peace type review based on a poor shopping experience when really all the customer wanted to know was.... yeah my ralph socks are mint buy them.

I was disappointed with ordering from Flannels for the first time online, the item i ordered came and was too small, I had to pay £8 to send it back, id asked for an exchange in a larger size but my money was refunded, the item i wanted is still showing up on the website yet they told me it was out of stock, in total it was a wasted £15 in delivery fee’s.

The bag I ordered was huge, I was expecting a little bag to wear & im having trouble finding out how to get my money back & send the item back for exchange of money

Purchased a number of items in August 2016, nothing wrong with the products, they were as expected, however, I returned a number of unwanted items and waited for my refund to be processed. Evidence of postage, tracked and arrival at Flannels. Following months of negotiation, frustration and an inability for the business to take responsibility for an issue not related to the customer, I finally received a refund at the end of November!! No compensation for the treatment received, no good will gesture no apology for inconveniencing the customer through this period, and no acknowledgement that the issue had nothing to do with me!! Purchase with caution, use a credit card and always keep proof of postage...

I like everything except shipping. I would like to recommend changing your shipping partner company. Because I can get your product only when you pay unnecessary expenses(Customs fee) when you send it to Korea.

Ordered a jacket for a special occasion, payed and order confirmation and everything to then receive an email saying item is out of stock,if it’s out of stock why is it on the website?

The sneakers arrived on time. Unfortunately the metal plate on the back of both sneakers is scratched and in poor condition. I've written 5-6 times with only one response asking for an order number. I still have no resolution and it's been almost 4 weeks. I am very disappointed.

Delivery charges are too high, ordered a tshirt for a present that was a flannels exclusive so couldn’t order it anywhere else. Parcel arrived after the expected date and then it was tight fitting so had to send back to exchange which I couldn’t believe that I had to pay for! When you’re paying so much for delivery you’d expect free returns or to be able to return in store. I live less than 5 minutes away from the depot where returns are sent but was also told I couldn’t take it myself and had to spend a further £4.. on top of the £7 for initial delivery, to return the top. Won’t be ordering from flannels again unless delivery is cheaper or is free to return.

The wrong item was sent although postage was very quick, I had to wait then too long for a refund I felt they could have given this an immediate refund as it was their fault

I placed an order for a polo shirt and a coat and I was really pleased and looking forward to receiving both, however the coat never arrived and I was told it was out of stock. I understand these things happen but I believe you should not be able to order the item in the first place if it is obviously not going to be available.

To be honest the delivery is not what you would expect from a business that specialises in luxury and high-end retail. I was disappointed with the delivery process. Firstly, I ordered 3 items but only 2 turned up with NO communication from Flannels, other than the attached paper in the package. The package itself was flimsy and given there were delicate items, could have been easily damagaed. Secondly, I spent in excess of £300 and was charged £6.99 for delivery, then was LATER emailed about a special delivery promotion that had been on the whole time. Why not just apply the the discount anyway to customers which are giving a lot of business? Thirdly, I am returning on of the two items I ordered (not due to the fault of Flannels) but I am now being charged again for returns. Come on, competitors (such as Asos) are giving this stuff away for free and provide much better customer service, charging less than half the price. I do not expect this kind of business from a premium retailer and I hope this improves drastically in 2018.

I ordered a jacket for my son to be delivered to pick up point and was Tod by email would be there on 27/12/17. Then had further email saying that I had changed delivery date to the2/01/18 (which I had not). Then got a further email saying item was unsuitable for delivery so was sending back to flannels. Tried emailing your company about situation and what was going on and all got back was automated email saying item has been dispatched. As u can imagine not very happy about situation so looked on your website for information about returns and find out that if item is returned a refund will be deposited into account so thought ok as not bothered about coat now but still not had refund 3 days later. instructed that would be there on 27/12/17. H

Ordered two pair of MK dolly shoes that were late on arrival even though we had chosen NDD! (£6.95)One shoe box was badly damaged and 1 shoe bag missing inside. The shoes were too big so I contacted my local store in Sunderland to ask if l could pop through and return them! To my astonishment I was told I could not take them back to store to either return or exchange the items but had to return via mail. Because of the value of the products I had to return with recorded and insured delivery at a cost of £11 from Royal Mail as flannels dont provide return cost! So in total I had to pay £17.95 delivery & return that I am rather unpleased to say the least! In the grand scheme of things flannels with its top rxclusive range of clothing and stores, let’s be honest are an expensive luxury and not all people/family’s can afford. Most of high street stores offer free returns on its products and I find it very disappointing that flannels as an exclusive product seller don’t offer the basic free returns like every other store does! Will not be ordering again for sure!!

I was given a delivery confirmation text and email stating delivery 29-12-17. My order actually turned up 2-1-18. Very disappointing

Great selection of quality designer clothing, only downfall is the cost to deliver! £6.99 to deliver a £400 jacket surely it could be free? Then as it was to small another £6.99 to deliver a bigger one as I didn’t want it to sell out while waiting for an exchange and to top it off no free returns! As it was a £400 jacket to be safe it cost me £8.50 to send it back! £22.50 altogether! My wife got 10 dresses from boohoo free next day delivery and then free returns! Your clothes and prices are top end so surely you could make it better for the customer with your delivery/returns policy.

I was wrongly advised by the sales assistant in the Liverpool branch to size down when buying a pair of Gucci trainers for my husband as a Christmas present- which were too small. On returning them to the Liverpool store on Boxing Day, I was told they had none in stock and they wouldn’t order them to store for me during the Christmas period. I was received the money back onto a giftcard and was advised to order them online-where I discovered they were £360 (they were £290 in store-which I have proof of on my original receipt!) Feeling terrible that my husband was disappointed at not having one of his Christmas presents, I paid the extra £70 plus the £7 delivery charge and they were delivered within a couple of days. On opening the parcel, I discovered the box had £345 on, whereas I’d paid £360...? Still unsure how there can be so many prices for the same item. All in all, I’ve been really disappointed in the service and wouldn’t buy from flannels again.
