Delivery was supposed to be on Saturday 30th Dec 2017. However it was delivered to the wrong address. It is now 3rd Jan and i still dont have the items that i ordered

Wrong size guides and poor response from the shops. You can’t even return the items to store directly. And you have to pay delivery. Won’t be using again

To expensive p&p, No free returns and no return into store. Very poor for a store selling high end designer. Really has put me off ordering again.

i ordered two items and they came no problem but i got double charged and on the system i was told there were no duplicate orders gone in, eventually i was refunded but the extra money that got taken out made me miss a bill i had to pay so im dissapointed. However the delivery speed was good especially because it was over the festive period

I was informed the bag would arrive on a certain day and so waited in all day and received nothing, with no information and no customer service number to call. I have now received the bag but it has arrived incomplete/faulty. It is meant to come with a detachable cross body strap which was crucial to my choosing of the bag and it has arrived without the strap. I hope the strap can be sent immediately.

I spent just under £200 for my items,the shirt was not as I had hoped as it was more of a cream colour than White. I thought that it would be OK to return the item to my local store but was told I have to post the item back, after paying £6.99 for delivery I know have to pay more to return the item. Not happy at all with return policy so will not be buying from Flannels again, especially online.

Your prices are higher compared to other stores. Your customer service dont reply to emails. You charge for postage of online ordering and returns are charged for posting too. Nobody does that these days - so why do you?

Hi , The item on your website that i ordered did not match the Links of London bracelet that you sent me. The bracelet that i want is the one pictured on your web site Ref code 5010.3171. The one i received is code 5010.2532 which is the code on your web site but does not relate to the one shown. I emailed you about this problem on the day i received it 28/12/2017 and no one has replied back to me. I would be much obliged if someone could advise me regarding same. Ann Brock

Including the delivery charge on the commercial invoice is totally not working with Korean customers. And I heard from many other cases flannels are not reacting at all on any requests related to it. If flannels can make an action on this small issue, I bet you will see way more customers coming.

Item arrived a day later than I was informed. Also a security tag was left on the item so i had to cut it off or go to all the trouble of sending the item back.

Showing sizes they had but then in the checkout showing a different item or colour I never chose. Worse thing is two days later it available in size but no point ordering and paying another £7 delivery as it be cheaper to purchase elsewhere.

The actual ordering and delivery was excellent, good website and speedy delivery. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was not good.There was no option to collect from my local Flannels store in Middlesbrough so I chose a DPD delivery point which was Currys at Teesside Park. The staff there were fine and found my parcel straight away and handed it over. I had purchased a Gucci belt at the price of £270 plus delivery for my husband. The item was delivered in a black Flannels pouch and wrapped in bubble wrap. No Gucci packaging at all which was extremely disappointing.I am the Company Manager of a jewellers that stocks Gucci watches and Gucci jewellery and I know that Gucci supply packaging. I bought the same belt in another colour from another store and it was presented in Gucci tissue and a Gucci box. I am certain that Gucci do not expect their goods to be sent to their customers in bubble wrap. I kept the belt parcelled in the bubble wrap and the Flannels pouch and gift wrapped it. When my husband opened the bubble wrap there was a large price ticket in there clearly showing that it was £270. I couldn't believe it. It was very upsetting indeed. I feel as though the whole experience has been rather second rate. Luxury goods should be treated as luxury goods and a good level of attention to detail should be shown. I am extremely disappointed and will not shop online with you again.

I ordered an item online in two sizes as I did not know which one would fit better. I made the effort to drive into Liverpool city centre to return the unwanted size. The lady behind the counter quite rudely and abruptly explained that I cannot get a refund. She couldn’t even look at me as she was saying it, just walked away from the counter putting her back to me as she spoke.. I was quite confused with the whole situation really. Surely if I bought the same coat in different sizes it would be clear that I would want to return one. She said I could only return it by click and collect. I could not find this selection online but only to return by Royal Mail at my own expense. I think it’s disappointing that you don’t allow an item to be returned in store. Just doesn’t make sense for me to take the item back home, pack it for postage and then mail it back to the same place where it had just come from.. And then to charge for ruturns after already paying for delivery. All other shops I use all offer free returns. The items you sell are of a high quality so I expect the customer service should match also. Overall just feel disappointed with the all round service I have received..

I went to the store in Nottingham a few days before Christmas. The staff were unfriendly, rude and sadly not very helpful at all. I asked one lady if they had a Vivienne Westwood shirt in xl, she disappeared and never came back. I have had much better service in budget brand shops than my purchase at a premium retailer. Therefore I ordered shirts online which was fine.

Last week I decided I wanted to get some additional stocking fillers for Christmas. I ordered some basic tops from fannels for a steal at £23 for two basic Ralph Lauren tees. I selected express delivery which was great and they even came to Jersey in the Channel Islands in 2 days. When I opened the parcel which was labeled 'fragile' I was shocked by the state the product was in, the box was ripped and resealed and one of the tops marked on the front. I'm suprised the courier was marked fragile when it was already in a terrible state. I wouldn't normally mind about the packaging but given it's Christmas and the majority of items people are ordering are Christmas presents you would expect slightly better presentation. I would also expect quality control checks and suprised I got a product with a mark across the front.

Products received weren’t right and some very cheaply made. The returns cost me £26 as no returns were included. Very disappointed. I have bought £1000s of pounds worth previously. Won’t be shopping on line there again.

Hoody was not advertised as part of the Ralph Lauren activewear range, picture is misleading as material looks 100% cotton when infact it is part nylon. I am aware that the material make up is in the description but this needs to be made more clear.

Ordered the items which then day after had an email to say 1 of my items was out of stock didn’t give me a option to pick anything else so had to pay delivery again when I chose something else! Delivery charge very high considering spent a lot of money. Email to say Collect items, then email to say items not there yet very disappointed.
