Ordered two items at £120 each, then charged £6.99 delivery. This seems somewhat daft given level of spend when most companies would offer free P&P. Then we returned one item at our expense as size was wrong and requested a different size. We then received an email to say we had been refunded "as requested", this was a Christmas present, so needed a replacement. Couldn't ring anyone as no number is published anywhere and email response time is 72 hours at best! So all in all a pretty shoddy performance.

I spent £260 on a product . Then was charged £6.99 for delivery which I think is a joke . Most websites give you free delivery with purchases over £70-£100.

I made a purchase on Saturday the 9th and I know we’ve had serve weather but I paid £6.00 for delivery and as of today the 16th I’ve still not received my parcel !! I know it’s not flannels fault but dpd but in furrier I’ll be wary of ordering for flannels

I thought that when purchasing a designer handbag such as YSL to the value of £650 that it would at least deserve to arrive in a presentation box packaged. Instead the bag arrived scrunched up in bubble wrap inside its dust bag! In all my years buying quality designer bags, I have never received one to poorly wrapped and unprotected . I'm astounded that such a simple addition on behalf of Flannels could let them down to the point I will think twice before purchasing again. I even had to double check the bags authenticity because alarm bells started to ring when it arrived like this in the post! Poor show Flannels !

A t-shirt I ordered arrived dirty and dusty. It arrived loose in the same outer bag with shoes which were boxed. I would've expected an expensive t-shirt to be bagged. I can only assume the dust has transferred from the box, as the dust/dirty marks follow the folding creases. I checked on-line for a number to call to discuss this as the item is part of a Christmas present and found very little information or assistance for exchanging products other than returning, waiting and hoping it arrives in time for Christmas. Also want to understand if Flannels will charge for re-delivering a faulty product. Very disappointed in the customer service aspect of this supplier.

The size guide on the website is so confusing and I have tried to email Flannels twice in regards to advice on sizing and had no reply. I’ve had to pay £15.00 to send 2 items back and also had to spend £14.00 on delivery costs. To think the amount of money you spend on clothes and delivery that returns would be free like most other company’s. I have tried to call the Liverpool One store and the Southport store all day and can’t get through at all. So as far as customer service goes it’s disgraceful.

First time purchasing from Flannels although my son buys from you religiously. I ordered 3 items from you at a cost of £168 with £7 delivery. The Armani jeans I ordered were a slim fit but what arrived was a regular fit with a slim fit sticker over the price tag ! It's now cost me another £5 to return them through no fault of my own. Dissapointed to say the least !

Staff in shop are great, item had to be ordered online, and when arrived is to small, not only do I have to pay for delivery I also have to pay return postage, so lots of fees for the pro sledge of trying it on, not impressed

Over priced compared to market value. Very poor wrapping and presentation. With other services Net a Porter and Outnet each item is wrapped in tissue. Good things were items in stock and delivery/info were excellent.

Before I placed my order I contacted you about the VAT,according to your reply, you’ll not charge me for the VAT!!! However, when I checked my bank statement, I found that you did charge it!! I contacted you several times but no response. Worst customer service!

The policy of only store credit is poor. 2 years on the run i have bought jeans that didnt fit but could not get my money back. Then i have to buy stuff which i dont want. Because you didnt have the size i wanted poor service from the company should do full refund of cash.

Order was fine it was the delivery service was a joke they said I signed for it but I never.I rang them they were no help they said it was delivered to an address but it wasn’t but my neighbor found it thrown behind his bin at a different address soaking wet two days later.

I received my parcel to discover one of the heels was not in perfect condition which I would expect after spending £500+ on them. There is a slice through the leather on the front of one heel and a lot of sticky access from a sticker on the sole. I have emailed Flannels in regards to this issue as I would like an exchange, however I have been informed I need to post these back to head office, which is an issue for me as if I return and there is insufficient stock I will be refunded which is not what I wish to happen when I received these heels with 20% off. I believe Flannels should be able to accommodate me more as this is not my fault and I do not want to be refunded, I am still in the process of back and forth emails.

Very disappointed when the hoodie i ordered arrived and i noticed it had a hole in the front of it like it had been caught on something. As it was a sale item i am unable to get a replacement and still awaiting my refund. If the delivery and cost of sending it back isn't refunded (which i suspect it won't be) i've ended up paying over £10 for the privilage with nothing to show for it!!

I made an order for these shoes in a UK 9 however on inspection I have realised that they are in fact a size UK 10, stated 44 on the sole of the shoe. This is highly dissapointing and frustrating being as I have 1, paid for delivery 2,had plans to wear these to a event I had been invited to and now it will be too late to get a replacement pair in time. I would like to request for a full refund along with postage for the inconvenience caused to myself. First time I have made an order and not a great experience.

the delivery arrived ok but £6.99 to deliver a t shirt is extortionate, could have been sent for £1.50 like other retailers seems a bit of a ripoff

Delivery time stated at checkout was 8 days, and no delivery method was stated. Actual delivery time was 3 days. If I had known this I could have selected a more suitable address and received my product quicker.
