They sent my dress with the security tag still attached! No customer service telephone number to call?! Sent an email...now 4 days later and still no response!

no option to pick up from store, 6.99 delivery and then 12£ to return due to poor fitting, then further 6.99 to re-order same product in desired size.

The Mulberry bag I ordered did not come in a Mulberry dustbag. I was very disappointed about this and have emailed you twice with o reply a yet. I contacted Mulberry and they informed me that all their bags Flannels sell are provided with a Mulberry dustbag. There are also a couple of scratches on the bottom of the bag.

A bit miffed that not only do you charge for delivery you also charge the customer to return items that are not suitable. When I first started using Flannels a free return label was enclosed with the package. This is no longer the case. In essence it cost me £12 to view an item. This has put me off using the site in future.

I ordered a pair of medium sized trousers online and twice the size defaulted to xlarge and I had to change it back to medium. When I received the order confirmation through it was showing size xlarge which I had not ordered. I emailed them immediately to tell them I did not want this item as it was the wrong size to which I received a message back to say my issue would be dealt with in 48 hours in which time the wrong sized trousers had been dispatched and I now have to return!!!! NOT HAPPY

I have got the Isabel marant skirt bought from your website today and was wondering if the product is REAL Isabel marant. Since it has no label or anything attached to the item, it makes me feel like the skirt is kind of immitation. I guess this is the one returned from someone else..

Disappointed to spend over £200 on a Gucci belt and it comes in a plastic bag - I would expect it to come in a Gucci dust bag / box - I have bought Gucci accessories from other websites and they are always well packaged & gift wrapped, as you would expect spending that amount - the belt is a present and I can’t give it in the plastic bag/wrapper it arrived in

I bought a £210 tshirt it wasn’t wrapped up it was just in the flannels pouch with a box of trainers that was banging and scratching against the tshirt The tshirt was to small and you aren’t able to take it to the shop to swap for a diffrent size you have to send it back and then wait for a refund or 5-10 for the replacment and as I needed this for a night out it wasn’t ideal It has been nothing but problems

I feel poor because of missing the EXTRA80 discount code, which should have been taken effect if the order would be re-placed. I think if you reply me instantly, this tragedy would be avoided.

Unfortunately it’s the second time you wrong my address and even if I paid express delivery I received the package after a week and I had so many problems with courier for change the address. And then the packaging was very poor for a Valentino bag! No box and no packaging paper, I receive the bag inside a plastic envelope completely crashed and marked by the strap chain that engraved on the skin. You should have more care of shipments, even considering the valuable items you are shipping

Look the clothes are great but customer service dreadful have you tried to call them? I rang Saturday they told me how busy the lines are then disconnect the call.. not good

I am always disappointed to be charged delivery for internet shopping I would accept a click and collect from store as an option as long as there is no delivery charge Also, 3 of my items were too small, and I used a 20% discount code, the larger sizes are not in stock so I have now lost that code

Hi first of all most companies now offer free postage especially when the item you are buying is so expensive. I ordered a versace shirt xl paid £4.99 postage i am only usually a large the shirt came and was miles to small so had to send back another £4.99 and exchange for double xl cost another £4.99 this is a complete joke if you want my true opinion.
