2 of the 3 items weren't as described or correctly sized. Having spent £7 for delivery and £10 to return this hasn't been a good shopping experience.

The sizing was wrong, I would never order online again as if you want to exchange you have to send back and wait up to 14 days

Hi, Nothing wrong with my order . I have shopped in Cruise since the late 80's and feel as do many others that it is going downhill very very fast as for the Flannels in Silverburn very much the same.I was in the shop in Leeds where you had Prada etc.Cruise was always No 1 but no more the labels are low end designers and you needs to get higher end. They don't return emails straight away as other websites. When you really ask them with all your heart to keep somthing aside for you for an exchange and they return to any of your emails and you see a smaller size left only on the website and the size you asked for sold out and you get anxious and worried when they could just answer the question and make it an easy and comfortable experience

I purchased a handbag from Flannels, and they had good and prompt delivery. However, the bag that I had received did not come in its branded protective dust bag as I had expected, and there were marks on the leather on both the interior and exterior. I assumed that this was an ex-display piece, but the description did not state this information. I returned this bag and the cost of the delivery was not refunded, as would be expected for faulty items.

Flannels used to pay for return items which worked well when buying online, the last order I had to return items that did not fit well , the shoes were correct size but far to small and to return the items cost £26 so I will not order online again

A £325RRP Moschino cap came in no box just folded up, which made it misshaped and creased the leather. Not god enough for such luxury goods

Although being kept up to date through the order, I was bitterly disappointed with the quality of one of my goods. The Ralph Lauren jumper turned up filthy and to top it off it even had a hole in it. Customer service was good for returning item but if they do send products out like that will be debating placing future orders.

Returned part order due to poor fit!! although i paid for delivery for £180 plus order i had to pay to return what i did not want! will definitely not re-order from this company!!!! I have deleted any e-mails since instantly!!!!!!

Spent £530 and got charged for delivery. To find that the jumper I purchased was a little too small so I returned the item. Which cost me another delivery charge, I sent it recorded Royal Mail which was signed for and received with a proof of delivery time 11am on Friday. Still no confirmation email to say my goods have been received back at their warehouse. ?
