Delivery delayed by courier phoned customer services - very poor. I had to chase courier myself. Returns processes very poor and in professional. No printed returns label and inadequate information.

Had a discount code which we used .decided to collect from a store as we work, proceeded to checkout to be told that postage was £6.99 so no cheaper . Then my grandson ordered and it was too small so then had to pay to return. So he was also at least £10.00 out of pocket. Think you need to review your postage and returns.

My online order was partially cancelled and I was unable to edit/cancel the rest of it. Getting in contact with Flannels was very difficult and protracted.

I ordered two medium long sleeved polo shirts. While one was absolutely fine, the other shirt, despite having a medium sticker, was an XXXL (as shown by another label attached to the shirt). I have since sent the shirt back to claim a refund. It's a shame as the overall service which Flannels provided was otherwise good. But since I've had to pay over £7 postage to return the shirt, I'm unlikely to shop using the Flannels website again.

The box that my shoes came in was damaged and the givenchy dust bag was missing. I sent email to you regarding this and received no response

Was in Metrocentre store.The same CP company t shirt was £59 £65 and £69. All same t shirt, colour and all sizes. Takes the medium to till displaying £69 which is the size I wanted. I also took the large priced £59 to till and asked why this was and asked for the medium size for £59 instead of £69. I was told that I cannot have it at that price because the price coming up on till is £65!!! Manager arrived at till n says I cannot over ride the till to do this I am not allowed???? Ha manager not allowed to over ride till??? Then I was told I was getting 20% off anyway so it was only £55.20 so works better for me!! Ha no!!! £59 minus 20% is what I should have got!!! Just want to say your management and sales assistants are not trained in customer communication and have no idea how to converse with customers. I think you need to get people to work in there that have a bit of a clue as how to be polite and just generally have manners. Wasn’t sure if they just didn’t get what I was explaining to them or if they were genuinely thick??? One for trading standards I think.

The return costs for shipping are very high from countries outside England as for example Germany, Austria.

The postage is too expensive, paying for expensive products shouldn’t come with a £6.99 postage price too

6.99 for delivery no option for click and collect size turned out to be waaay off and no option to return in store so paid for another delivery to send back!! Defeated the purpose of saving money during a sale. Wont b shopping here again.

In the past I have sent emails in response to me using a credit note online, I used about half of the money on one online purchase and upon me trying to use the same credit note with the remaining credit online again, the website didn't allow me to do so eventhough I had money remaining on the note. I emailed and tried calling to which I received no response. Essentially I was robbed out of my remaining money.

Good deals on the items I bought, however I bough a YSL bag and wasn't sent the dust cover or the official YSL box, still not heard anything back from the customer service team.

Ordered expensive shoes for a Christmas present and arrived in a tatty box and one of the shoes had obviously been tried on several times as one shoe fitted snug whilst the other was stretched

Befor I placed my modt recent & successful order, I had places two seperate orders for some trainers which were advertised as available onsite but got cancelled both times once I had completed my order. This was an awful user experience and left me feeling extremely frustrated.

I orders a moncler jacket £500 - packaging appalling shoved in a bag. For the price r would have expected better. The cost of then having to pay for return at the cost of £8 due to need to compensate in care in goes missing. In all cost me £15 for an item had to return never shopping here again

3 items that i ordered including a £175.00 sweatshirt were out of the plastic bags and were screwed up. This was bought as a Christmas present but was in an unacceptable condition and was returned.

I received the item I purchased online promptly and was very pleased. However, I decided to exchange the item and sent it back registered post with the requested returns form as per the instructions on the website and have yet to have a confirmation email regarding my item. I find it frustrating that there is no customer service contact number and therfore a lack of cus to merge care.

Expensive delivery options, no option to collect in store. items not as described. had to pay for return delivery. only kept 2 items, after paying delivery and return these ended up more expensive despite having a discount code
