Price of standard delivery and delivery to a local store is far too high

The delivery price is far too expensive, my item wasn’t even next day for £6.99! Was not best pleased but the item was spot on

Ordered 2 Jackets from online received them a few days later than the delivery date given, returned 1 for exchange at a cost to myself which I had to return Special Delivery because of the price of the Jacket. The customer Service is a waste of time, only way to contact is by e-mail which they don't reply to, a company that sells goods at top end price should have a telephone contact to speak to someone rather than getting frustrated because e-mails not be en replied too. I am still waiting for answers and for the exchanged item sent back out to me. Will I buy online from them again? No!!!

I was informed that my parcel had been dispatched. After waiting 4 days, with repeated messages from DPD saying that it had been delayed, i eventually phoned DPD who informed me that the Flannels paperwork was incorrect and that I had to get in touch with Flannels. This I did and eventually the problem was resolved. What I find hard to understand is that I had to do all the chasing, and if it wasn't for this I still would be waiting for the parcel

Charge too much for delivery. You can never get through to the store by phone and the worst thing, you advertise shoes in the sale then the following week while the sale is still on, the shoes have gone back up to full price!!? Doesn’t make sense and I have screen shots and date stamps to prove it! I order from here all the time and I am really disappointed that the shoes I wanted for Xmas were in the sale one minute and now there not! Good job I bought my sisters 2 pairs last week and paid sale price because today they are all of sudden not in the sale and back at full price!

Expensive delivery for an order in excess of £300 and then expensive to return all of the items ordered! Extremely poor packaging having received 1 top that had a retail value of £450 (reduced in the sale) for it not to come in any bag/tissue and then the label to cause a pull in the top. Used flannels twice now, and poor packaging occurred on both occasions! Not what you would expect when ordering designer brands. Would I use again.....probably not!

We received our purchase, a Christmas present for our 15 year old son - it has a dark mark on the front. My wife contacted customer services via email with photos and asked for a replacement to be sent immediately in time for Christmas and free return for this one. They took two days to reply with we will send you another when the original has been received and checked but won't be in time for Christmas or you can have £10.00 off to keep the dirty one! Errr this is a Christmas gift for our son! We don't know if this mark will come off and £10.00 isn't really enough to convince us otherwise we'd rather have a new one but again we can't get it there in time for Christmas so basically tough!! Very disappointed in the service from a company such as yourselves - will definitely put us off purchasing from you again.

Belt was meant to be for a 34" waist. When it arrived it turned out to be 34" long! Have had to return at my own cost, on top of their "toppy" DPD delivery charge you have to pay to receive the item. Not a great first experience.......

I ordered two Lacoste items. Nowhere in the product description did it say these were Lacoste Live! Had I known that, I'd have chosen something else. Deeply disappointed, but too late to do anything about it now.

I’m still waiting for my delivery. I’m really not happy about it as it was a Christmas present for my 14 year old son. I did speak to someone yesterday they said my item was arriving back with you yesterday 19/12/2017 as the address label had fallen off ! He said the item was going to be resent back out as soon as poss !!!!! But he couldn’t give me an exact time of postage. so may not arrive before Christmas. I appreciate that things can happen that may be out of your hands but when paying £6.99 p&p I’d expect 1st class delivery Or at least my parcel being priority to be resent out. I do hope that this item will arrive before Christmas and if it doesn’t I will not be returning to this shop in the near future. I am so disappointed with this situation.

I purchased a polo shirt and t-shirt from yourselves online. The polo shirt had a hole in it. I have returned this to yourselves. (I do not understand why I should pay for postage for a faulty product). This was delivered to you yesterday, I have not heard anything on this as of yet. I am awaiting the exchanged polo shirt, once I receive this I will change my review.

Your delivery charge is too high and you expect the customer to pay for returns, and do not refund the postage even when the goods are faulty.

Images on the website do not match the real items that are sent out. Wrong item was delivered the process for the refund is terribly long even when you do next day delivery. They don’t bother to acknowledge the return. Will never order from here again

Bought a very expensive Valentino Cap, which come flattered as they did not provide any paper for the cap to hold shape. Several scratch like marks on the beak. They do not answer any calls and takes 4/5 days for a reply via email. When I did get a reply back, they were not sincere, they did not have a care in the world. It is a shame because the people in the store are usually really nice. 0/10 for customer satisfaction, same for your poor customer service reps.

The item size did not match measurements given so an exchange was needed. I could not do this in store who had the size I required in stock but it had to be exchanged online even though online was out of stock ??? I’ve had to return item for a refund wait for refund so I can go and purchase item else where. Refund not yet processed. Very disappointed as this was a Christmas present that my husband now won’t have on Christmas Day. I will not shop online at flannels again.

Same here with the rest of the reviewers:paid 7 0poundd for delivery and in tip of that 9 pounds to return it for special delivery. Never using flannels again online- delivery costs are a ripoff! However, I have to admit very fast dispatch and very fast delivery !!
