Flannels only stock up to a size 12. The national average of this country is a 14 its so fraustrainting every time you go in there no larger sizes.

Very quick delivery and love being able to track the delivery but my dress arrived today and it's covered in make up marks :( Looks like a second hand bargain rather than a £200 dress - absolutely appalled that it has been posted out to me in this state. And no reply so far from customer services. Very upset

The top I ordered was way too big - I have ordered Paul Smith clothing for my son before and the size Small always fits him, however the top was more like a size Medium. I returned the top via Collectplus (which is how I always return items because its free), however I was advised by Flannels after I had returned the top that £3.95 would be deducted from the item I had returned?? This was NOT on the returns information. If I had known this then I would have returned it via Royal Mail which would have been cheaper!!! All in all, I have paid £10 in postage for a top I had returned due to the size been inaccurate!! This has put me off ever purchasing anything from Flannels again - the postage costs are extortionate compared to our sites.

I think my shoes are seconds. I've had a lot of Vivienne Westwood/Melissa shoes and the finish is usually much better than this, I can see lines and seams on the outside of the shoe that spoil the look which is disappointing for full price of almost £100. Delivery was great, well packaged but I would have sent them back if I didn't need them immediately!

My most recent order was fine as well as all previous orders. I however ordered earlier in the year a few pairs of shoes from Flannels by the brand tods from their sale. I had opened one of the boxes and had found that the shoes were discoloured. I had contacted a couple of times but didn't receive a reply which is frustrating. I am left with a pair of shoes I can't wear..

The presentation is very good but the K100 jacket is defective. A rivet of the fist is broken. I will try to solve it with a hood rivet..

Your site listed the top I bought for my husband's birthday as a regular fit. It was not. It clearly states on the label slim fit. Consequently it didn't fit and we were both extremely disappointed. This isn't the first time this has happened. You really need to be accurate with the fitting description.

I ordered a top that I wanted to swap for a different size. I went in store to try a different size and swap the top. The store had no tops what so ever and staff were extremely unhelpful and didn't appear to be able to provide an alternative other than return my item and re order another item all of which costs money and time.

I was disappointed that the jumper I bought my son for his birthday had to be returned as there was a hole at the seam under the armpit. When I pay a lot of money for an item I expect the quality to be better.

No delivery notification, which ment no delivery due to we were not home to sign. A notification that the parcel was being delivered would have help. Option to drop at service point/pick up place was was obvioulsy not either a way to solve the delivery. 4 days later, still no word on where the goods are or when it can be delivered or picked up.

Shopping was good and you have many brands in your online store but not your shipping and handling. Dont like to compare you to other UK or EU online store such as Matches, Farfetch and Mytheresa but I have been their loyal customer for more than 2 years. Brands and collections would be as good as yours but not when it comes to shipping and handling. When I bought an item, I always receive it within 4 working days not on the fifth day or so on and they offer free shipping for order more than £250. As I write this, I still have not receive my order I placed on the 4th of Sept. I noticed it has arrived in this country on the 7th which actually possible to deliver it on the 8th but not. Shouldn't have to pay postage on a large purchases. Customer services number just cut off several times on Saturday when I tried to contact about returns so tried to ring store and they didn't take calls. Returns process is very limited only been able to send Royal Mail special delivery is very costly you would think such a large company would have other options in place for secure returns that are easier for the customer. I will not buy online from you again unless it's something I have tried on in store first 😡

I ordered a pair of Gucci slides as pictured on the Flannels website. What arrived was a different pair of Gucci slides - I'd had a similar experience with Cruise Fashion, who I think are part of the same group. They told me that someone had posted the wrong pic on the website, but it appears Flannels had done the same thing. In the end I kept them but I've never heard of any companies posting the wrong item pic on their website before. You're offering to sell an item that you can't supply and if Cruise had picked up the error, then it should have been rectified on the Flannels website too. It's certainly put me off shopping with both Flannels and Cruise again.

I really like Flannels and shop quite often with you. This order however was terrible - 2 odd shoes in the box! I'd really looked forward to wearing these as I'd had my eye on them for a few weeks and it was so disappointing when I opened the box. I returned them immediately. I don't want to give a star rating as I think this is an isolated instance. Disappointing nonetheless.

The delivery method is a joke; I spent nearly £700 online to then be told this didn't include a free delivery. I returned £250 worth of clothes and had to pay a further £10 to return it to cover the value of the clothes incase the parcel was lost, as it has happened to me before. I definitely think the delivery/returns policy needs updating.
