Sent a t shirt out with defects, not got time to exchange in time for my holidays!!! Spoke to customer services and they can only apologise, apologies don't get me my t shirt before my holiday. Surely they must have some kind of checks before they send stuff out.

I have used Flannels a few times and each time a wrong item is sent. This time I ordered a navy suit and an xxl beige coat arrived instead!

Good deals and reasonable delivery time - I spent over £300 so I was surprised to have to pay for delivery I was even more surprised was that I had to pay to make a couple of returns.

Delivered within 3 days required item ( Paul and Shark NAVY zip hoodie XL) ordered according to size indicator on line -- much too small. Repackaged and returned recorded delivery at my expense and requested exchange for XXL. Delivered within a further week GREY XXL!!!!! Can I be bothered to repackage, and return at extra cost. No contact tel number, no email just a 'contact form'. Pissed off.

My order was signed for by someone else. Although this isn't flannels fault, they haven't responded to my email and DPD (who are at fault) aren't either. So I never actually got my order.

I ordered a bag & when it came it had clearly been used, there was no protective plastic on clasp & buckles. The bag had make-up marks all over & was thoroughly scratched. The bag also didn't have any labels attached & instead was just put inside... very disappointing.

my trainers arrived in good time (by post) but I had to return them as they were too big. I initially took them into the Leeds store but I was told that they couldn't receive them or arrange the exchange, I was told to re-post them to Newcastle (at my cost). I immediately did this but currently have no idea if they have been received (3 days ago now) or if flannels are arranging the exchange. I have emailed their customer services for an update. My email has gone into a queue. I have been told to expect a response in 24 - 48 hours. So whilst Flannels are efficient at taking money and dispatching goods, any subsequent complication including a simple return and exchange is far less smooth. Hopefully the replacement trainers will arrive sometime soon - but who knows.

I had brought clothes and they should have been packed into plastic packets instead of the black pouch alone.

The balenciaga boots box are in very poor condition and boots size does not reflect size guide on your website. I tried making contact with customer service and no one replied. Communication is very poor. I have paid £12.98 to return the item and felt that if items are faulty or in poor condition flannels should be responsible for return

My delivery came in the time expected, however after spending over £500 on a bag I expected it to arrive in something a bit more sturdy than plastic wrapping! Wasn't very impressed after spending that much money, it was lucky it wasn't damaged when it arrived!

I bought Lacoste Polo's that on your site are listed as "regular fit". When the items arrived they where classic fit. A totally different fit altogether. Poor

Everything went well till it got to the delivery company here in Israel. They charged me another 67£ for nothing. Gcx is horrible please don't use them again. It's not worth it for me to buy from you again until you change it. Thank you very much.

Purcahse Jimmy choo shoes and matching clutch bag. Shoes were in terrible condition and the bag still had its security pin inside of it. Customer service poor

An item I ordered arrived not in a bag so had dirty marks on it . I had to return some items and this cost me over £12 in postage!!

I ordered £283 and had to pay delivery ten I had to pay £11.50 to return items that didn't fit. All the items came in good order and packed well but I'm far from happy I the overall service.
