Not sure yet. I ordered a Paul Smith shirt and they sent the wrong size. I'm still waiting for the correct size to arrive.

the postage and packaging was excessively high for standard delivery, most companies offer standard delivery for free. Not only this but the delivery driver claimed to have missed me 2 days in a row when I know for a fact he didn't attempt to knock at my door as I was sat next to it, he did not leave a delivery card and the photos he took were in my post code but no where near my door, eventually I had to get it delivered to my local msr newsagents, you should offer a collect from store option but it seems transparent the reason you don't is to make money off the postage and packaging

I ordered a pair of KENZO Calvin trainers in my normal size a UK 7... I did this because, on your site, it says "Fits true to size, take your normal size". Well, this is wrong, I needed a size smaller. They actually fit big so you would need a size smaller. I looked into it and found that because they are a french desisgn the french sizes run a size bigger than UK sizes... Now, by the time I had found all this out. The size I required had become out of stock in your sale event. I would also like to add that I did email a complaint about this, to which I received a reply (from a Tanya @ Sustomer Services) that just dismissed my findings and left me even more furious with the whole experience and your company. The bag was not as expected. I'd like to see a picture of a person wearing the bag to give a better idea of how it hangs/sits against the body. Plus the delivery info was lacking - i received an email telling me a courier had just picked up the delivery from the warehouse a day after I'd received it. I emailed customer services twice with queries and didn't get any reply. Not very impressed and prob wouldn't use flannels again. If I'm buying a high price item I expect better service. Oh, and delivery and returns costs were astronomical. £10 delivery plus €23 to return. Take a leaf out of sites like ASOS - free delivery and returns plus prompt replies to enquiries.

Loved this Vivienne Westwood jumper but was disappointed that the lable was hanging off! Should really be perfect for £100.

One jacket didn't arrived but still waiting for a refund, returned one jacket a week ago and still haven't received a refund.

Generally orders arrive with minimal fuss and very quickly however with 1 order a badge and an item was missing. The item was refunded after a warehouse investigation however the badge did not arrive until a further 21 days after my initial enquiry and this was after I had been told there was no more stock abvailble yet still being sold online. Have since placed 3 further orders and all have been great

Having spent over £100 on a coat to then have to pay a delivery fee was disgusting! I could have got the coat cheaper elsewhere with free delivery however the size I required was out of stock. The delivery charge was also very excessive at £5.99, I could post the item myself cheaper via Royal Mail signed for and that would be without corporate discount!

Delivery on initial order was very good however I ordered the wrong size and needed to exchange. Getting hold of flannels customer service was very difficult to find out the best way. Eventually they advised to return the first order and place a new one which I did. I have already had the funds debited for the new item but I have yet to receive any credit from my return. In addition when I called flannels customer service to ask if they had received my return I found them very rude and unhelpful and as if they could not wait to get me off the telephone.

T-shirt supplied had marks all over the front, and this isn't the first time. Also, had to pay for return delivery, which is disappointing when spending almost £200 on the order

I have purchased a suite and a pair of shoes. Total amount was 400 pounds. When the goods arrived in Israel, it turned out that Flannels used GCX, a currier service in Israel. They called me and asked me to pay preposterous fees. The Tax should be only the VAT - 17%. GCX asked me to pay them 68 Pounds max. The fee I was asked by GCX for their "customs clearance service" was much more than the 68 Pounds. I figured to do it my self, but was eventually clamped with about 200 Pounds, and why, cause I had no clue on the procedures. One thing is for sure, I will never purchase from Flannels. They should learn a thing or two from Selfridges and Harvey Nochols, guarantee Maximum customs clearance payment in the purchase fee. For International orders Selfridges will deduct the UK VAT off their list price, then add the International Customs and VAT Tax and you could be rest assured that this is the maximum amount you'd be expected to pay. Moreover, the GCX customer service is terrible. You are simply transparent. And this is in the event that you have managed to reach someone there. The calls are directed to an external call center to leave a message.

Customer online chat very poor, not very friendly. All of the items received where unsuitable due to sizing. Ordered a size bigger to have a slightly looser fit for a jacket, sleeves too long bodice to ]tight. Jeans ordered were about 2 sizes to big - the leg length was actually approx. 39/40 and not 32! Finally wrong size sent in a top - extra small. Courier charges above average and do not offer free delivery when spending a certain amount as competitors do and to boot courier does not collect, you have to take to collection point. First and last experience with Flannels and definitely cannot recommend.

Brilliant prices and delivery, The belt came no problems, but it looks as if it was used before. As bits of paint was missing. I am unsure if this is the design but as from the photos it didn't look like it m
