I was sent the wrong Boss t-shirts however, the other 3 products I ordered were right. Overall I am disappointed with the service I received on this occasion but I have been treated well in the past by flannels.

The first time I attempted to check out a pair of sneakers, I was informed that it was out of stock. And I was only informed AFTER i checked out. Had I knew it was out of stock, I would not have went through with my order as I only carted out the other items because 'why not'. I assumed the system has not updated itself and therefore it still shows the sneakers were still available. But a few days after, it still shows available. I emailed someone who told me to go ahead to cart it out and he would reimburse the shipping fee. After I checked out, I was once again informed that it was out of stock. I don't know it there is a serious lack of update in the system or what the issue is but it is very frustrating. I don't think I will be purchasing from Flannels again since I can't tell which is or is not truly in stock.

1. Hard to navigate both app and website, you need to cluster your sizes together. 2. No exemption of taxes, for me living in Norway, I now need to pay 2x in taxes. 3. Extremely poor logistics, ordering from YOOX, I get my order the next day, at Flannels it's close to 2 weeks.

I feel like my flip flops I ordered that were supposed to be Michael kors are fake, the MK design on the shoe has rubbed off after one wear

It was sent quickly, however one of my items was the complete wrong product, I was meant to be sent the all black Armani bag and I got sent a different one which is £15 cheaper. I'd expect this back as the 1 I paid for was 120 and the 1 I got was 105, however I'm willing to keep it.

Item received had stain down front. Looked like bleach. Had clearly been returned by someone else and posted stright out to myself. Returned item 5 days ago and haven't heard anything since. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Another item was sent out wrong and when asked for correct item it was out of stock and not going to be back in stock. It's a shame because Flannels do some really nice peices. I will continue to shop there but I won't hesitate to look elsewhere first for the same item.

The coat I bought was mustard yellow in the photos on the website but when I received it, it was in fact olive green.

Went to buy a product which was listed as available only to be told it wasnt upon checkout, and then the order I did place was late. The flannels notification told me the parcel was collected but Tucci/DPD told me a day later it wasn't collected.

Well for starters, I still haven't received my order..it's been 7 days now. In all my past experiences, I've received my Flannels orders within 4-5 days maximum. I believe this is due to their switching of shipping partner, from the very best DHL to the not so good DPD/Aramex..

I ordered a mulberry bag on the Tuesday it arrived the Friday the day the 20% sale went on I emailed to see if they would honour the £80 difference. They wouldn't so I would send it back but with the bank hols I couldn't now the sale has finished. I also spent another £66 on a top for my son .where is the customer care . Really dissatisfied with this company as I've brought online & in the Leeds store & Birmingham. Will really consider about using them ever again

DPD's international delivery is hell. I haven't got your package yet!! + No tracking update since 17, May!! I have to wait without any idea of where my packge is and when I am going to get it!

Item received either picked wrongly or mis described on web page ...customer service as yet untested as I await a response and will be disappointed if I have to lay any of the postage costs!!

Trying to contact Flannels is exceptionally difficult,it would be far more sensible to be able to speak to a real person rather than purely using email especially when it take too long to get a reply.Could you also explain why I get different suppliers emailing me with info when I thought I was dealing with Flannels??

The rating should have been Good. However, I contacted the customer service team via email as I wanted to find out if I could return a suit and exchange it for a different suit and whether I would have to pay extra for the exchange. However, I have not heard back since I sent the email (18 May 2017). Also, there is no other means to get in touch with customer services other than through email. Which is disappointing considering the lack of response even until today. It leaves me feeling that Flannels is happy for customers to purchase but not prepared to deal with queries. I have subsequently returned my suit for a refund as I had not heard back from customer services.

The Scotch and Soda shirt that I ordered was well far to small compared to what was advertised. This was the first time I used Flannels. On the basis on this experience and level of inconvenience, I'm unlikely to use this site again.
