Hi, Website great! Service/correspondance great! No option for free delivery even though im spending almost £200, delivery was on a Saturday....... should be weekdays only, save on delivery costs, again no option for a weekday delivery........ Items ordered were great, zip up dust bag is a brilliant idea, really shows you care about your products, sadly im returning most of the clothes as they were too small.... The worst part is the stain on the white tommy hilfiger t-shirt, this should of been inspected and not delivered to the customer, this is the reason for 2 stars, Many Thanks Michael Tunks

Hello, the suit was not well packed up. Only soft plastic bag. Unacceptable for a suit. It came totaly cruched at my home.

Very happy with my belt but not impressed with the service, I got told that it would be delivered on the 5th of February, I sat and waited without no email telling me that it would be delayed until March, I rang up flannels store in Leeds and the man was rude and not helpful to me at all and couldn't even put me through to customer services so eventually I found the number and rang them which they told me I should of received an email and that my order had been put back until March, got to March on the day i was told it would be delivered and sat and waited again, no email telling me that it would be delayed until APRIL! I rang customer services and they told me I should of received an email and that I wouldn't get it until April! 11 weeks after I ordered it and payed for it, it has only just been delivered last week ! Very poor service and have been put off ordering things in the future from Flannels.

The returns policy is a little old school.. as most of the merchandise is sold by multiple stockists flannels need to be a little more flexible to compete with their rivals. Staff friendly presale and totally unfriendly on returns.. Lost four valuable customers but were not moved.. Staff

The packaging was terrible, you would expect a coat worth near a £1000 folded in a messy way in a black bag. The customer helpline staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful,

Hello. I am really disappointed with your site once again. The metal "gold" component of a bag Cavalli is with corrosium. It's petty.

Pre ordered Gucci slides as a birthday present on the 3rd January which were supposed to arrive on the 9th February. When I checked the status of my order after the 9th February as I hadn't received them the delivery date had been changed to 1st may. I emailed customer services numerous times and received no reply. Nor did I receive an email to say that the delivery date had been changed. Received the item last week 17th march. Money was then taken out of my account without any warning and I also paid twice for delivery. Product very nice but customer service terrible.

My Versace waistcoat dress arrived and looked exactly as it did in the picture, however when I tried it on the braces st the back were really loose and no way to tighten them. I took it to a tailor and they said that it couldn't be altered due to overal length. I was so disappointed, I missed the cut off for return so feel like I'm stuck with an unwearable expensive item of clothing!

Delivery scheduled for Tuesday after order on Sunday. Delivery then moved to Monday, then Tuesday and then eventually arrived on Thursday! Shoes are great but your 'paid for' delivery service was a let down.

Bad experience in store. When emailed weren't given much help. Poor packaging on item that was delivered to myself considering the money spent on item and the postage cost.

I ordered a coat which at £125 is not exactly a cheap item and was supposedly originally £435. It arrived in a suit cover but on taking it out I noticed that there are a number of dirty marks on the shoulders. It is unwearable. There is no returns form and the one online won't print. I have paid £5.99 for postage and now have to pay to send it back with no guarantee that this will be refunded. Very poor service!

5 mens tshirts purchased at £135, armani and boss. 1 armani and 1 boss shrank first wash. Both too short now to wear. Not terribly impressed!

I realised that mike asley has now acquired flannels. Therefore it's only a matter of time before cost cutting law avoiding practiced will turn the the store to the same standard as his others. No offence but that's my last ever purchade.

After ordering my items got a email 2 days later telling me 2 of the items were out of stock, tried to cancel full order but they told me they didn't receive my email requesting this.
