Delivery is too expensive. Other companys now-a-days don't even charge for delivery especially when spending a lot of money.

Product sent out with security tag still attatched, unable to wear on the desired day , returned and then heard nothing from yourselves 8 days later and still waiting ???.... awful customer service . For the record I loved the suit and still want it !!... I await your response

I placed a pre order with Flannels in December, and on the day that my item was supposed to be dispatched (12th Feb), I received an email saying that my order was cancelled. I contacted Flannels customer service via email for an explanation, and they said the supplier didn't fulfill the order. I don't understand how this happened on the day it was supposed to be dispatched. Why could I not have been informed earlier, as I waited two months for nothing? When I asked for some sort of compensation for the trouble, they didn't reply back, and it is March now, and I still have not heard back from them.

Whilst delivery was decent (although rather expensive imo), the item came DAMAGED. Do you not check things before you send them out? Then I had to go through the hassle of sending them back, AND PAYING SHIPPING AGAIN, even though the item was faulty. First time buying from Flannels, but never buying again. For a high quality goods shop, their service is terrible. They need to up their game, as there are plenty of other shops selling the same types of items.

Item well packaged. However, returned for refund weeks ago and have heard nothing. Also Flannels bombard customers with daily marketing emails.

I was sent a different order to what I requested and sent two different sizes in the trainers I ordered.

I still haven't received the parcel and have called flannels 3 times but no solution, I sent an email 4 days ago and have not had a reply!

The shoes that I ordered arrived in poor condition and I love he shoes and want to keep them however the box arrived covered in dust and had a large dent in. The shoes seemed to have been a display pair as their is a scratch to the leather and creases in the leather. And finally the day after my order arrived I get an email about a £40 gift card when you spend over £200 which I missed out on :(

I was sent (and charged) for an item I did not order. An item I did buy did not arrive and it was only after I phoned Flannels that they told me that it was not longer available. I did not receive any correspondence to tell me that it was not available and I had to make arrangements to send the errant item back (I had to find a collect + store and bring it there myself). I was not happy about what happened and wanted to speak to someone senior especially as Customer Care was not able to say more than I don't know what happened. I also contacted Flannels by twitter regarding my experience. To date ...no response to my tweet, no sign of the promised phone call from customer care mgmt and no doubt no sign of my refund for some weeks to come.

Hi I received my order however it had a mark on it and i was only given a 10 pound discount which I thought wasn't very fair. I also enquired about a refund for the VAT as the item was shipped outside the EU. However i was told that the item was not send with VAT. This is do not understand as i have contacted Flannels before about VAT and I was told that once the order was received and being kept then the VAT would be refunded as I am not an EU resident and do not need to pay the tax associated with items from the EU. Can you please look into this for me and advise.

I am happy to pay more for a better class of delivery service, Yodel tells you the day of (not the day before) that the package is coming without a time frame, so it is really difficult to change my schedule to wait for delivery. Please offer another class of delivery.

Have been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund. Every other company I have dealt with have refunded me within a week. I am going to give customer services a call to see where my refund is.

I have ordered 6 items and the two of them were not the one that i orderded.This is really embarrasing because i have to pay to send them back and it is not my fault
