I ordered a two piece suit, The jacket was recieved without the trousers.. I spoke to customer services who apoalagised, but was unable to replace due to no stock..

I bought a pair of trainers for my partners birthday when he opened the box there was scuff marks on the trainers, it was quite embarrassing, the quality is just not up to a high standard as what you would aspect unfortunately.

The wrong products were delivered. I contacted the customer service desk, no reaction first days. Only after a reminder, I received the reaction that a discount of 50% would be proposed to solve the issue. But as the products are not the products I use nor that I ordered, this 50% discount is not at all relevant. I proposed to send either the right products (and I return the wrong products) or a full refund. No reaction yet.

I love the selection of clothes and the sale prices were great. Unfortunately the shipping cost to the US is very high and now in order to ship back some returns I am getting quotes that are exit adapt ($250-$400). The cost of shipping and returns will prevent me from shopping Flannels again. I have shopped Farfetch many times whose shipping is reasonable and return shipping is free. I will stick with Farfetch or the Outnet.

First and foremost, I did not receive what I had ordered. It was a different colour. Getting a refund for an Item returned over 10 days ago has been an absolute nightmare. The customer service agents are a bit rude an quite frankly unhelpful and unable to provide any real or cogent reasons for the delay in processing my refund of £395 pounds.

Arises quickly and correct but I sent my items back for exchange as were to small, yet havnt heard anything in days despite multiple emails so I have no idea where my things are

Clothes arrived very crumpled and some white garments were quite dirty. They may have been clearance items but not the standard expected from an established retailer such as Flannels. Website was slow and filters didn't work on outlet clearance and sizes were hit and miss making returns very expensive so not the best experience, however couldn't fault the prices, they were brilliant!

Order arrived as expected, however I have been inundated with emails since placing the order, which I did not sign up for. I am intelligent enough to visit the site should i require anything without being bombarded daily with emails

One of the items I ordered ended up being out of stock (not a massive deal, these things happen!) but one of the pieces I ordered (a pair of trousers) arrives and the button was missing. I've had to take them to be mended so i can wear them.

The first order that arrived the suit trouser were missing. The second order, the suit was folded in small bag very creased not what you would exspect when the suit is costing £735

I've been a long running customer of flannels, I've been shopping with them for atleast 10 years and have spent thousands of pounds with them, recently every delivery I take from yodel delivering my clothes has been a bad experience, upon opening my package every item is creased to a stage where I need to wash and iron them before wearing them as the creases don't come out annoyed as hell. Either package the items better or change couriers, because there are loads of places online to shop from!

Missing pieces in the delicery. Items came in a weird pouch not folded properly. Drastic gap between level of clothes (Upper) and handling of shipping.

One item was dirty in open package and not right size, and another item was missing entirely. Hoping to get it sorted out and that there won't be any issues with getting a refund. A couple of the other items were in dirty packaging also. Delivery was not an issue and prices of the items were good (if they had been right or included in the delivery).

I am a big friend of your web site. I looked at this Gucci black color bag for a long time( over half a year). I waited for a long time then I was very excited about the delivery. When it arrived on Monday. It was not boxed! The bag apparently was squeezed while on transit. When I open the cover, there were marks underneath the cover of the bag. the pockets outside the purse looks very worn. The inside pocket was loose. The pouch that cover the Gucci bag was ink marked.The whole Gucci bag does not look new to me. I was very disappointed. I then emailed with pictures 4 days ago to CS@flannels but no one replied me... Also, I was told once I purchased the item and shipped to Hong Kong. I would able to get the VAT return back if I applied. However, I also emailed CS and asked how to deal with the VAT refund, No one replied to me and that's also 3 days ago. In general, over shopping experience is very bad.
