That i must pay shipping about 260£ incomprehensible & impudently And the Return is the Same shiit That was the first&last Time that i shopping at flannels

A good selection of clothing and fast service but need to look at a free returns service inline with most other online retailers. Due to no free delivery option it cost be over £10 to receive and return a faulty item of clothing

In two days before receiving the customs called and said my bag to collect taxes, this bag I will return, charge 30% of the tax, I can't afford to buy. The postage I already paid the 15 pounds, now again want to collect taxes. I can't afford to. Please answer, thank you.

Sent the wrong colour clothing and I think it's rather stupid that you can't return the item to the store it makes the process a lot longer

Las zapatillas de Múnich están descosidos, un vestido no es igual q el que aparecía en la foto de la página web y las compré unas botas sobre de talla 7.5 que debería ser un 41,5 y son un 39,5. Comprando un Uk, quien puede pensar q las tallas son Usa? Un desastre. A ver ahora que ocurre con el proceso de devolución. Es mi primera compra, y es probable q sea la última si el proceso de devolución no responde adecuadamente.

The first pair of trainers I got was very good I was pleased but the second pair was a different colour than expected & was quite dirty & had marks on the side of the trainers

Very unhappy! Asked for the stone island shorts in royal blue, and you sent dark navy almost black. Will never use this site again! Paid £150 for them as well. I went against my better judgment when I read all the negative reviews. Didn't have the time to complain and send them back, as they were a present for my son's birthday and I needed them the day they were delivered to give as a present. Never again!!!!!!!

Packaging looked lovely until I found the shirt badly creased and dirty! 1st order from yourselves and wasn't that impressed at all! Had to wash the shirt with stain remover on the collar. Very poor

Website not updated(out of stock items can be both viewed and paid for), an inconvenience to me as a customer, paid for 2 items instead of 1 since 1 was out of stock. No refund yet from my bank and Flannels is not taking responsibility for inconvenience caused. I was told the onus is on the bank to refund me since Flannels only took payment for 1 item. At least payment should be blocked for out of stock items. it's not fair to be told the item is out of stock only after making payment. Suggestion - please first put a measure for the system to block payments for out of stock items even if they still show on the website, then take second step of removing them on the website.

1 When I made the purchase there is no note or indication mentioning there will be over $180+OCD charge.2 When I asked if the OCD will be refunded no reply anymore...

Was sent the completely wrong item. I contacted customer services to advise and request the correct item be sent. Wouldn't do this until wrong item was returned. During the return period, item I actually wanted became unavailable. Used Flannels for many years without issue before this.
