Still waiting for a refund on one of suits I returned almost two weeks ago.

I had problems applying a 10% discount code when purchasing my order and subsequently emailed the team to ask if they could apply the discount retrospectively. The team said this wasn't possible and so I lost out on £60 discount which as you can appreciate left me disappointed in your service. Regards Karen Edwards

I spent £245:00 and still had to pay for delivery, shocking. Another store was selling the same item for £220:00 and free delivery, shame they didn't have my size. Flannels will not be my first search when looking for new clothing. It's all about giving customers a little back, then they'll return and recommend to friends. Most stores these offer free delivery after spending x amount or pick up in store these days, I plan to use them first.

Poor returns policy means you can't take web buys back to a store. I live 10mins from a branch of Flannels, bought items online over Christmas for home delivery, size not right and wanted to swap in store for another size. Unable to do this as all parcels need to go back to a Sports Direct returns centre. Ended up getting a refund and unlikely to shop with Flannels again due to inflexible policy.

First experience, really bad! Should not charge customers any VAT if they are outside EU. Do not specify currency of merchandise, import duty and shipping charges on custom forms. Very unprofessional shipping service, if there is no change, will definitely not come back.

The length of time it takes to get a refund when returning goods purchased online is unacceptable, has taken over 14 days for a refund , still waiting!!

THE SCARF ARRIVED ALL CRUMPLED (AS IF WORN ) WITH THE TAG NOT EVEN ATTACHED TO IT ....Very disappointing !

My recent purchase never arrived at my address it ihas been under investigation since Friday morning with the courier service Yodel they are interviewing the driver hopefully today as it said on the website delivered and was signed for non of my neighbours took delivery so I am waiting for an outcome as obviously this is alot of money and the item in question was for a birthday present for tomorrow.

Ordered two suits, yet both suits came in one suit bag? As a regular customer of flannels this has certainly put me off with flannels.

Not had my Order delivered. Yodell have said they tried to deliver the parcel but I wasn't in and no calling card was left by courier. Yodel have not made any attempts to redeliver and have now sent my order back to Flannels. Unbelievable

Had to return an item to store paid with credit card, but they give me a credit note, That is there policy. Had to reorder on line for same item different size and they charge you £5.99 p&p will not use again

Within the first hour I wore my jeans which I purchased from flannels, the tag had ripped as I sat down not impressed with quality.

Not very happy as I spent 10080pound on a monclaer coat which was faulty and was told tht thy will send it to the stickers am so disappointed wit the decision I feel I was made to take!!!!!am sorry but won't be shoping at flannels agaun

My address and postcode were incorrect (possibly a combination of my bad eyesight and "find address" tool). (It was still an address in the same street) I sent at least two emails to flannels to try and adjust the address without any response. I contacted the delivery courier (Yodel) who told me they couldn't change the address and that Flannels were the only people who could do this. I rang flannels who told me they couldn't do this either but would make a call to Yodel customer services the next day to see if anything could be done. There was no return call and no changes were made. Luckily I was able to contact the delivery driver from Yodel on the day who helpfully navigated my package to the correct address. (Yodel supply the mobile number of their delivery drivers).

Shame on you Flannels - some last minute Xmas shopping meant one order with you one with The Hut placed the same evening - the order placed with Flannels at premium delivery cost takes longer to be received than free standard delivery with The Hut. Your products themselves are excellent, however the online purchase is marred by the use of Yodel Courier at a cost of £5.99 for a T-shirt. Will not use the Flannels online services again whilst Yodel is the courier.

I recently placed an order of over £200 you charged postage were most other online clothing retailers don't charge postage over a certain amount I received a top which wasn't even packed in a clear bag and looked like an old RAG which was returned and I am still waiting for conformation you have received the item back get a grip and improve your customer service

Very very disappointed, was going to spend a LOT of money on flannels website but good job I only bought one item as the next day I received a code for 20% off. However, the item I purchased was £90, so still very annoyed. Won't be getting my money again, which is a shame. I'd rather buy from ASOS who sell virtually the same brands, and always adhere to loyal customers by sending discount coupons during the checkout process.

Recived my Versace hoody , and it had a rip in the neck line , Also tags were ripped off and in the front pocket, so clearly a return ! Not happy at all when you spend over £400 on two items .

Delivery was good and service. But the jumper I ordered was poor - read all reviews on website every one saying get usual size as normal fitting, took on the advice ordered the jumper and it was massive and definitely not the usual sizes - need to have better info as now won't trust reviews on sizes and probably won't order from again.
