The product arrived sublime condition and the free bag (with the receipt enclosed) is a much needed nice touch as I am extremely disappointed that Flannels delivery fee is £6. I wouldn't normally fund this but for my want for the particular product that I couldn't find anywhere else. I can't grade this experience any higher than Poor which I feel is a little generous considering the sky high delivery fee. I will hopefully not be shopping here again for those reasons.

Poor communication over the very long delay in despatching order. Had to chase them to discover that at first they did not know the reason, but then eventually told that the item was faulty and had to be replaces before despatch, Would not recommend such a badly managed outfit.

Very slow to update on progress of order. The day after I submitted my order my item was taken off the website. For days I did not know whether my item was out of stock and I had just missed out or not. For items in this price range most companies will offer free next day delivery and give prompt updates. I did not receive any update for 5 days and that was only because I emailed customer services. CS did not apologise but matter of factly informed me that the item was in stock and it had been passed onto the warehouse. What happened in the preceding 5 days? I think flannels is best avoided unless absolutely necessary.

Won't be using flannels again. Shoe box was battered when I received it. As well as being charged to send the item back. Bad business considering the only way to try the item is to order it, if it costs me to return it is deters me from trying it at all.

Love flannels but the online webpage is appalling ordered 5 pieces of clothes and they messed up 2 , wrong colour and wrong tshirt.

I was not happy with my purchase and travelled into the city centre to return the time, only to be told that I had to take it to a click and collect outlet. The store is great but not happy about the returns policy, at all. A wasted journey.

It hurts me to be honest but the service has declined. Having used the service for around 3 years this is possibly the worst experience. The site is not being updated quickly enough so you waste postage and money buying goods that aren't available. I've just received a ps suit 42 chest 32 trousers, shabby, incompetent. Rather unhappy. I'm giving them one more chance.

I bought a Holland & Esquire jacket from Flannels in the sale which I'm having to return due to the jacket being way too small. I own several of the these in the same size and for some reason this one is significantly smaller than the others, it's the size I ordered but no way is it a 40 regular jacket, the sizing guide online was just the standard sizing guide. As I live outside of the UK it's now going to cost me a sizeable chunk to return it recorded delivery. Also for this order it took around a week for the order to be processed meaning it was 10-11 days before I received the item which I felt was too long. I've always had very good service from Flannels in the past so hopefully this was a blip, but still it's a blip that's going to cost me money.

Packaging is very poor, black plastic bag is not enough for some high quality items. Care in packing and accommodating goods would be appreciated

Would have rated as very good, but for Yodel inexplicably being Flannels' courier of choice. Why would any sane individual opt to use the company that in 2014 was voted as the worst parcel delivery service for second year running?

I ordered shoes and wrong ones came, will be sending back for refund as ones I wanted are no longer available, if wasn't available in first place should of just said instead of sending different ones as I got to pay out to send back now,

Deliver was three days late! And very little help or information given by your live on-line"chat" service - except "out for delivery" - the slowest/poorest delivery I have ever had

Takes 2 days to pass order to Warehouse so delivery slow. One top was covered in orange makeup. Contacted cs but still waiting for resolution.

Tax what i paid to receive the product was really expensive... I thought price of the product what i ordered is including GST and TAX Quality of the product is good....

Website easy to use. Delivery very slow compared to other companies which offer online shopping. Why option to collect in-store isnt available doesnt make sense , as this would attract more customers into the store. Delivery courier service poor- didnt deliver when they stated they would..When I phoned Flannels to enquire why delivery hadnt appeared, they claimed no-body was in- which wasnt true. Finally got my delivery when courier thew the package through a window above the front door!!!!!!! So no-body was asked to sign for the package. This is unacceptable, especially when customers are being charged £6 delivery charge. Will seriously think twice about ordering from Flannels again- unless they change their courier delivery provider or offer in-store collection.

Great choice, however, after 2 days of waiting for my delivery and the online status showing as in progress, I called in and asked and was advised my order was out of stock at the warehouse so had to be found elsewhere and they had no idea how long it would take. Not happy as the items were a gift, they were then sent out so it took about a week to arrive instead of next day. Poor communication, a simple email and refund for the next day delivery would have been appreciated and accepted but nothing was offered.

I have bouht a coat from Mickel Kors and it was totally diffrent then on picture, and the size is really not uk it is smaller, thats why I sent it back
