Delivery was very good but the hat was delivered in poor condition, front of the hat was bent and now looks stupid.

Purchased extra large as paul Smith products are often undersized. Despite this, the polo shirt was way to short in the body. I am 6ft 1, so anyone above this height would have to enjoy modelling a crop-top to keep the product. I am not sure why Paul Smith are cutting short length polo's so often but I certainly will not be purchasing any whilst they do. Its a shame because the material looked high quality and I really liked the look if the shirt overall.

Brought some Hugo Boss shoes online however they did not turn up on the suggested delivery date, after chasing the courier they have said they were returned to Flannels depot as they were damaged but i have had no update whatsoever from Flannels as to where my consignment is. The money has been taken from my account but no shoes...please help!!

I ordered a very expensive Moncler Granola Coat to find it had been shoved into a ripped tatty flannels bag I was appalled! I have bought Moncler in the passed and have been presented with high standards. I was very disgusted to find a £1240 coat crinkled into such a small ripped bag. I also order Womens Hugo Boss top to also find that crinkled up and shoved in the coat. Has put me off using online service again. Would not get that low standard in store.

positives : great easy to navigate web site quick delivery Negatives : Customer service : i had occasion to return some goods ( too large) - i made a second order instead of waiting for my credit, i WAS not advised by the customer services agent that the very next day a promotion of 30 pounds was starting - HOW MEAN ! I sent a polite request to qualify for the promotion as my order hadn't been shipped - NO NO NO how mean I think in todays market place some latitude should be given to returning customers. Overall my opinion of Flannels is soured.

Insufficient product details, both in terms of written information as well as pictures.. Also I sent an inquiry asking for information regarding the cut of men's suits, which was never answered.

Dispatch was great except for the fact that the product look nothing like its online counterpart. Now going to have to return the item when time is available.

If you don't let me to give you feedback, I could even forget that I have bought things from you, because they are not here yet. I just checked the ship status from DHL Express. They came once when I was not home and they left no notice or anything.

Ordered Armani jeans 9 Sep 15 arrived 23 Sep 15 two weeks later. Leg too long for me at 34 inches. Not possible to specify inside leg when ordering. Ordered 33R thinking this would be regular length but turns out is regular fit. Phoned customer help who were unable to tell me anything other than 32R equals an 84 cm inside leg, so no help at all then. Why quote me in cm when we're clearly talking in inches. I asked if I could order a 33 In Waist with a 32 In Leg. She didn't know, I gave up.

Use of the website and prices was very competitive. When I received the product, in this case a pair of trainers. They had a scuff on the front of them. I contacted the local Flannels store who couldn't help but provided an email address for Customer Care. I emailed the said email address, I got a response 48 hours later - I feel that this is not acceptable from a high end Retail brand. I asked for either a replacement or discount on the product. I was advised that there was no stock so I could have a full refund. I spoke with the agent and asked if they'd read my email as I'd asked for discount as I didn't want a collection and refund. The agent was not able to offer me a discount but had to refer it to a management team, clearly they have no autonomy to resolve problems. I waited a further 48 hours before being offered a £3 discount off the product. The refund was processed as promise within 24 hours which was good. All in a all, good brands with good prices but the aftersales service is lacking somewhat.

I ordered a very expensive designer handbag and it was packaged loose with no protection apart from it's dust bag. That is not acceptable, will not use this company anymore.

Very pleased to receive my order quickly. However, totally disappointed with the packaging of the product. Purchased a Vivienne Westwood bracelet for a 21st Burthday gift &, not only was the box damaged, but the bracelet was in a see through plastic bag! No velvet pouch or something else appropriate - feel extremely disappointed. The bracelet itself is lovely. Will not be purchasing jewellery from Flannels again if this is what you deem to be appropriate packaging for a "luxury" brand

Item ordered turned out to be faulty, despite 2 emails and 1 telephone call, still not resolved. It's been 4 days now!!!

I ordered a Gucci dress in a size Medium, received it and as it was too small I returned it the next day and filled in the return slip with a request for a size Large. It was never sent to me, I kept e mailing Customer Services who never once managed to reply correctly to any of my e mails as they simply didn't bother reading them, they just kept saying they were processing my refund. I finally rang Customer Services to say I don't want a refund I want the next size up, they said the dress as by then out of stock so I could only have a refund. I have just been on the website and in fact the dress is still available in size Large. So never again ... will stick to more reliable online retailers

I have dealt with your company for a long time and have always been impressed with the service you have offered. However this time I placed what I thought was an order for my wife's birthday only to find several days later nothing arrived . I then rang the number given to get through to a very unhelpful girl . On the system it looked like the items were unavailable but I managed to get one of the items s few days later and then days after that the test appeared to be available so I rebooked the order however several days later we are still waiting . Therefore I think my wife will probably reject the whole order!

I ordered shoes & top. Aparently the shoes on my size were sold out but I was never told. Delivery driver lied by saying he attempted delivery, he did not, I waited in all day. When I did eventually speak with him he advised he gets paid whether delivery goes ahead or not! Very rude to me when I asked him to return which was 20mins after he supposedly attempted delivery. Spent 50mins & a further 20 mins trying to speak with someone. I got an apology but that doesn't give me back the wasted day I spent waiting nor make up for the bad customer service. I apparently should have had an email advising shoes not available & a further email with refund, which i have had neither. Very disappointed considering this is a luxury brand retail company. Will not be using them again.
