No option to collect in store. £6 to post a wallet is a bloody rip off.

Very disappointed that goods i ordered on the 10th were not despatched till the 15th on the 15th they had been reduced further but i was charged the higher rate how can this be right? when i questioned it they offered me 10% not the goods at the price they were on despatch! So i am sending them back, where is the sense in your ordering system?

Really poor delivery times. I spent over £250 on recent purchases from here and still had to pay a delivery fee which is always free from any other retailer especially when you have to wait over a week for your items. Luckily I managed to get my stuff on the day I left for holiday even though I ordered well in advance.

Delivery time was ridiculous sand when goods were received one of my items was dirty and had mould on it and the dust bag was filthy, for the price your paying for the items you don't expect them to turn up in such poor condition. Very disappointed.

The packaging was poor and cheep. The cloth hanger inside the package came broken and sharp could easily damage the contents. The return procedure was bad. I need to return , the pre paid lable provided does not cover cloth above £250. I had to return it on my own expense insured .It cost me £12 . The return label provided was not useful It was a bad experience I will not shop form flannels online next time. l

Very disappointed with the online service. Having been a loyal customer in store for meny years. I do a lot of online shopping never have I experienced I site that after you placed your order (after spending an hour on the site) you are told that there's no guarantee that you will get the products. For a company of this size. That's not acceptable. And your postage charges expensive, considering other companies will even give you free delivery to there stores. On the plus side customer service agents are brilliant.

Item took weeks to arrive. Finding a number to call customer services was difficult. I then waited 15 minutes on a high tarrif line to talk to someone. There was no apology for the delay in item arriving and the person even said that they couldn't be sure they even had the item as it wasn't in stock so they had sold me an item that they didn't seem to own!and even taken the money from my payment without knowing they would be able to meet their end of the bargin. When I stressed tHat the item was for a wedding the next weekend and that I had now been waiting weeks I was just offered a refund. Overall each stage was pretty painful, I'd be hesitant to buy again when places like Matches, NAP and Browns all offer a quick and seamless process.

Made order was told in email would be emailed once order was confirmed and processed however this only happened once I emailed chasing my order then was given an automated reply saying there was a delay, also after ordering my item the site had an extra 10% off, Another retailer where the same thing happened refunded the difference to me yet flannels staff said this wouldn't be able to be done! The customer service staff I dealt with never answered my questions correctly

I ordered a jacket and received a confirmation email. Over the following two weeks I received emails to state the order had been processed and collected by the courier. Towards the end of the two weeks I received a refund with no contact from Flannels as to why an order placed two weeks ago was cancelled. Poor service and I will not be shopping here again.

Ordered 2 pair of trainers both showing in stock when ordered, couple of days later received email saying 1 pair was out of stock. Tried reordering online again still showing in stock, if it was out of stock why not show that online. Rang up to ask what was going on was told showing in stock!!!!!! was told to reorder and see what happens. So my original order was cancelled and re ordered and guess what the other pair was now showing out of stock. In the end ended up with 1 pair of trainers not happy!!!!!!!!

Despite spending £400 still had to pay £6 delivery and am now in dispute as parcel has gone missing and never received even though Yodel have said it was signed for by me.Not sure how I signed for it when I was at work.Someone has forged my signature.Investigation is ongoing

Delivery was achingly slow, and no phone number on the website to allow me to speak to anyone about it, when i emailed i only got a standard reply. Had to resort to twitter to be able to deal with an actual person. Even with chasing my order took over a week to arrive. And one of the items i ordered was not in stock but they still let me order it, and didn't notify me for about 4 days that it was out of stock, meaning i couldn't find my size anywhere else. Not impressed.

The delivery company you use is too expensive for a normal 3-5 working day delivery and the company you are using are hopeless and never keep you updated on the tracking

Your website is terrible. You can't scroll down the sizes without it clicking another. Every time I place an order it's like a lottery to see what turns up and is not out of stock. you are doing well as a business due to lack of competition, I would suggest it's only a matter of time before someone over takes you with a half decent website.

The actual function and navigation of the website is very good. However, my order came to over £125 and therefore should have qualified for free delivery. I entered the correct code but there was an error and it didn't work and I had to pay £6 delivery. Also, it took 10 days for it to arrive. Happy with my items though.
