On 24th June I ordered a pair of Jeans and a T-Shirt. Both showed as in stock and after taking payment, I was emailed a few days later to say the T-Shirt was not in stock. I am still waiting for the refund and it's been more than 2 weeks (9th July at time of writing). The website says refunds within 5 working days. I have called Customer Service because a second order I placed (the day after the first) has still not been delivered and all they could tell me was it's being sourced from another warehouse. That's taken 2 weeks to get it moved from one warehouse to another. I am still waiting for the trainers to be shipped. Anyone with any sense would have shipped it direct from the other warehouse to save time and their own money.

Terrible shipping service for an online store selling such high end items! £6 for delivery using such a disreputable service (YODEL) is disgusting, which you must be making money on

It is extremely annoying advertising clothing on your website. I ordered a Ralph Lauren polo only to be told days later it is not available. I therefore paid £6 delivery for boxers I could have purchased elsewhere for free delivery. I checked the website the next day and the polo I wanted in my size was still advertised on the website. 1st and last time I will ever use your website.

I had to make about 5 telephone calls for the 2 orders that I recently placed. Sometimes I had to hold for a long time before the call was answered and then people didn't call back when they promised they would. The items I ordered arrived eventually and were fine though! It's quite clear for me to see that Flannels is part of the Sports Direct group as the customer experience leaves a lot to be desired...

I have become a Flannels for a number of years now and regularly visit the Cardiff store which provides excellent customer service from all staff. However I have on numerous occassion experienced many difficulties on the website. Customer service over the telephone is poor as I am always put on hold to find further information on simple queries. I have received discount codes via email which never ever work online despite doing it on a normal computer. I have on these occassions called in to customer service who confirm that my purchases have been valid for the discount however as there is always an error, i get advised to make the purchase anyway and difference will be refunded into my account which to be frank is not good at all. I am also disappointed with the delivery charge. When purchasing luxury items, I would expect delivery charges to be free. I always search for such branded items on other luxury websites before purchasing on flannels as they offer free delivery. If basic online retailers such as Asos can offer free delivery on purchases over £20, I dont understand why flannels cant offer the same.

I ordered during what was apperntly a busy period therefore my order took 10 days after the order date to come. I recieved no emails about this information that it would be delayed i had to find out myself, for £6 delievery i would of liked to be informed about what was happening

i have shopped with Flannels online for a number of years - this time however i had a bad experience - ordering a number of items from the sale - immediately after placing the order i get an email to say one item is unavailale and then 7 days later i get another email to say another item is unavailable - the first was dissapointing the second i find unacceptable - it seemed to me you were advertising product that was unavailable - i sent a complaint email in - to which i am yet to receive a response. i doubt very much that i will shop with flannels again

Ordered products on 18th June, didn't get dispatched until 25th June. Courier used was Yodel, very cheap and unprofessional couriers who nominate local neighbours to collect and deliver. It was reported that 3 delivery attempts was made with a "delivery card" left at each attempt. No card was left and no product was delivered. It has been 2 weeks since first ordered the product and now a refund is in process "which can take unto 7 days". Surprises me how a premium brand would use such a budget, non-premium courier such as Yodel. Also delivery charge was £5 when i spent over £400 Would recommend shopping from mrporter, oki-ni or selfridges for same products with MUCH better service delivery usually next day or day after (free!)

Wasn't updated on a purchase I made so rung up to be told on numerous occasions do I want to cancel rather than be told where my order was. If you employ staff like this then your probably loosing orders daily

Having to pay to return items is diabolical! I complained direct and was informed this occasion I would not be charged. Future purchases however I would be!!! There won't be any future purchases.

When many sites offer free delivery and you charge £6 delivery I expect a speedy, efficient service and have been disappointed on two occasions that it takes so long to despatch the goods. In fact, you had discounted the flip flops I ordered before my full price flip flops even dispatched! Yes you package the goods in an elaborate bag but this is unnecessary in my opinion. Having said all of that I continue to buy goods as I like the products.

As you are aware I recently made an online purchase of a jumpsuit on receipt of the goods, they were badly marked with a white substance down the leg tie band and around the back of the garment. to add insult to injury I had to pay a return postage of £8.55 for the pleasure

Everything was ok about the service like the emails you get telling you where your order is at but i bought a cp company jacket which cost me £375 and it smelt disgusting like someone had worn it while working all day in it. Very sweaty and horrible smell i had to was it. Apart from that it was ok but that killed it for me. Thanks

I personally am happy from your services but I bought my father a dkny jacket from my bank card so will be on my history and the size was wrong he sent back and got the same size back so returned it again and never received anything from you so I was out of pocket and he was without a coat If you could luck into it I'd be grateful thanks

Delivery was very slow (1 week for £6) I would normally expect next day for that price or free for that length of time. The item ( a shirt) when delivered, had none of the usual packaging of a formal shirt and was heavily creased in all directions. I have returned the shirt for a replacement.

I had bought from Flammels before from your old Altrincham shop so had no worries about the quality of products you sell. however I was to be dissapointed because your sizes are not correct. I orded an xxl which your size guide said was equivelent to a British 44 jacket size, but when it arrived it was so small I could not even fasten the zip. having to return an item because of poor sizeing is unacceptable, and because of this I probebly will not purchase from your on-line service again.

Level of customer service at Flannels leaves a lot of room for improvement. Item I have ordered arrived damaged, I have asked for exchange and post item back at my expense,(no refund for that was ever mentioned even when specifically asked) to Flannels. Then I have received an email saying the exchange was processed and item is on it's way. After few minutes a get another email saying item requested is out of stock and refund processed, when on line store still shows in stock! I have then contact Flannels to seek some clarification only to be told that item is out of stock and you are sorry. I have then purchased desired item again and order has been processed, so it looks like it is in stock after all.
