Disappointed that the trainers ordered were never in stock. Customer Services informed me that the website is out of sync with actual inventory. You can place orders for items which have no stock. Also the trainers were on the website for a further week showing available to buy.

I'm a regular customer with flannels but was disappointed with my recent purchase. My order had not even been attempted to be delivered to my address, instead delivered to a local collect plus service centre. The packaging looked like it had been round the world and back and the items ordered looked used and shabby. Flannels need to consider who they use to deliver and where items are coming from, flannels partners etc.

The good takes way to long to be picked and dispatched comparing to other sites where U can get it delivered within 24/48hrs

Made order for a hooded top but when delivered badge on left arm was missing didnt send back as i had removed tags.

Got my item ok but the moncler cap was badly made ... No fault of flannels but when I phoned for information regarding returns the customer service was very abrupt & rude .... Did not want to help in any way ... We all don't lik Mondays but this woman was a boomtown rat ... Thanks Mr A Barlow.

I cant understand why their website kept changing my house number from 27 to 4. On the final page i corrected the error before submitting my order and it seemed to have worked, however in the confirmation email of course it was showing number 4 again. I emailed the company regarding what had happened, but no reply. Luckily the people living at number 4 which is at the top of the street arent crackheads and dropped off our package when they got it, even though they looked a bit perplexed at why we had used their address for our " dodgy " order!

I ordered 6 items last week half an hour later email saying 5 of them are unavailable. Still awaiting "pending " refund. On a positive note the 1 item that was available turned up the next day.

I FIND YOUR WEB SERVICE POOR COMPARIED TO MR PORTER, SELFRIDGES & HARVEY NICHOLS. THE TIME IS TAKES FOR YOU TO ACTUALLY CONFIRM YOU HAVE THE GOODS AND THEN I RECEIVE THE GOODS IS TOO LONG !! ALSO I HAVE HAD SITUATIONS THAT I HAVE ORDERED GOODS AND THEN BEEN TOLD YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM SEVERAL DAYS LATER.

everything is great until the parcel arrives, too many times i've had missing items that have been ordered & an agonising 1-2 week wait until confirmation from flannels shop floor it was not packaged. item ordered for a christmas present that was showing as a barbour jumper on the website and a pair of hugo boss jogging bottoms delivered, had to send the jogging bottoms back at my own cost and was not offered the jumper advertised even though i had a screen shot of the order. my advice - always screen shot what you buy so you have some proof, even then it doesnt hold much weight but at least it validates your argument when wrong item arrives. purchased clothes that have clearly spent their lives on the factory floor and covered in dirt by the time of arrival, again could this not be spotted before being posted? its as if the return procedure is so dated they hope you dont send the clothes back - take a leaf out of net a porter / mr porter or matches make it easy to buy and easy to return! customer services are clearly not trained to rectify issues in the best interests of the customer.....

Courier company were unable to leave parcel as it required signature, I requested that they leave it without signing as we are both out most of the day, they were unable to because they are instructed to always take a signature, eventually despite me calling Flannels who confirmed this the parcel was left without signing for. On receiving the goods, the dress ordered still had the security tag attached so rendered it useless for the occasion for which it was ordered. I like to buy from your site, and do regurlary but you are making it difficult for me to come back. I would welcome your commment

When you advertise a jacket size has 5xl please ensure that it is it didn't even fit my skinny 16 year old son dissapointed

Ordered 7 items in the clearance sale. Over the course of a week 3 items were cancelled, and was told they were out of stock. So why let the order go through in the first place? Very deceptive practice, as you order items based on what is in stock, not what might turn up (if there is any left!). If one more item was cancelled, I would have cancelled the whole order. On top of which it took over a week to process the order! Once dispatched, the remaining items arrived promptly and well packaged. Not sure if I'll will order again. Just checked, and one of the items is now in stock again, less than a week after my order turned up (hmmm).

I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift. When they arrived the box was mostly black, had writing all over it such as "put behind the till" and was partly broke. Ofcourse i could not give this as a gift which meant i had to travel twice to my closet flannels (which is not that close) just to then get a replacement plain white box. Not the same branded one as they did not stock it. Terrible!

The delivery charge is very expensive to not be next day and I found the packaging to be poor considering the price range of their products. Customer services avoided my questions and feedback. As my first order with you the experience has been very very poor.

I have ordered about 30 items in the last 6 months, about 30 to 40 % of the orders have been out of stock, two items was damaged, one shirt had been worn, there was a tide mark on the collar, ! a dress still had the alarms on , I had to take it in store to get the alarm removed, all that customer service said was we will refund the postage! it cost me more in parking and petrol, !

The suit I ordered arrived next day but it had the wrong trousers. I returned it immediately via the click+ service a week ago but have still not received any communication from flannels or a replacement product.

Took over 10 days to tell me one of my items was not in stock and when I finally received the other three items the quality on one of the items was very poor for an item that cost close to £500. The finish was poor and it had a scag. I am expected to return it at cost to myself for a refund. The other 2 items were as described but in no way are worth the original price. I did not pay the original price but still for two items with an original value of £800 I would be pushed to pay £100 for them both.
