Expensive to return goods if purchased in sale, asked for a smaller size and was just refunded.

I recently ordered some trainers as a birthday present and upon receipt I had been sent the wrong pair!! This has left me extremely unhappy and also meant I was unable to give the gift I wanted. As a company you have really let me down as I put my trust in you.

I ordered some trainers for my wife as a present but when they arrived the box said 5.5, which is the correct size, but when she tried them on they turned out to be 6.5......don't know how that could happen but they had to go back. What was annoying was that although Id requested a refund I relented and asked them to send me the correct size instead. They said they would have to see if there were any in stock once the return had been cleared. I asked why they couldn't reserve a pair for me given the circumstances and send me those once the return had cleared. They told me that they don't work like that and it would be pot luck as to whether any were in stock or not once my returned trainers had gone through their system. Poor. Im still waiting to see what happens. Watch this space!

A bit disappointing. I bought a CP sweater and then was later informed that this was not available. A refund has apparently been issued but I can't find the sweater elsewhere now. Would have preferred to have not purchased an item that was not available.

The last two times I have ordered from the site they have got the descriptions wrong, the first time was a stone island long sleeve polo shirt which said custom fit but it was a slim fit that I received. The 2nd time was a Hugo boss shirt which on the description it sidnt say anything about it being slim fit and it again a slim fit arrived

I live in Germany and have ordered a Leatherjacket. Flannels has no precise information on the size , like other providers on its website. One size request before ordering could not be made from Flannels. I ordered the jacket but the jacket was too large and must be replaced. The process takes a long time and a reservation of an existing smaller jacket is not possible. That will probably be my first and last order .

Slow response to customer service, no telephone number given, very slow to refund payments for returns. Doubtful I would be a returning customer based on service so far, even though site has great products. These are high value designer goods and should do so much better.

Great normal service but three out of the five things I ordered can't of been in stock, wish they had emailed me to say so I could have ordered more things!! Would love a free delivery code if Items are missing!!. Will still use and recommend.

Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible no phone number to call which is so silly just email and it takes to long o find would suggest using net a porter !

Original selling price before sale price is extremely high Very very poor packaging and packing as some items just get put in a black bin bag and delivered Suits do not come with suit bags Will not honour discount codes

Even though I ordered my top a week ago and the money has left my account AND I paid over 5.00 for postage, I still have not received it! Enough said!

I still have not received my trainers from flannels it's been 2 weeks. I got in touch with customer service and got told they will get back to me about the delay I have not still heard back from them it's been 5 days now and they not replying to my emails too.

The dresses arrived as stated but compared to other high end clothing stores I use it is poor . Delivery is at least 5 days slower than others . I would suggest changing your courier . I was extremely disappointed that the dresses arrived just in a plastic bag . It could have come from top shop rather than a retailer who's image is one of luxury and good service . Previously everything has come in a box properly packed , tissue paper etc . You need to pull your socks up otherwise you will become just another high end high street shop rather than shop striving to have the total shopping experience

I paid £275 for dkny jacket. In a pocket was a sale tag for £165. Bit of a p*** take tbh. x

I was sent a defective shirt and told I have to wait up to 10 working days for a refund. I can not buy the shirt I need until I have the refund processed. Not happy...

I ordered a Ea7 Jacket, tracksuit bottoms and a armani jeans coat and after a week I received a email to say that my coat was out of stock. I then had to wait another week for my tracksuit to come usually the website is good for deliveries but on this occasion it was terrible.

Took far too long to send items and when sent they wet clearly not being picked by first orders first as I ordered the same item on 2 different days the 2nd day it was in stock however the one ordered the day before was told was out of stock. Also sent items back and not heard anything to confirm receipt of them etc.

Disappointing online experience. Paid postage for 2 items and received only 1. Waste of money for none delivery, would have never have purchased online had I known Flannels wouldn't fulfil my order. Will not use them again as the email response from them about my issue showed a lack of concern. Please print my response as your customer need to know that you treat them poorly
