I recently placed two orders with flannels online one on the 25th dec one 26th. The 25th dec order stay'd in "processing" stage until 4th January and I received it on the 6th January. No contact from flannels to advise why it was taking so long if I would receive it at all. My order placed on the 26th arrived on the 30th January. I understand it was Christmas but u did deliver my second order well over a week earlier. Not a great experience which is a shame

Deliveries takes too long to arrive, especially considering you have to pay for delivery regardless of the value of the order. If your paying £6 for delivery, then it should be next day.

As much as the delivery and the product were excellent - I found it very poor service that I was unable to cancel an order within 20 minutes of placing so had to go through the headache of waiting in for the goods to arrive and then fill in the return paperwork and take it to a collection point.

Lack of communication and poor customer service. I would not order online again. Rather stuck to the store. Even better I would happily shop at harvey nichols who have an outstanding customer service and communication. Flannels decided to charge me a total of £10 for delivery and returns. Paid another £5 or so to rent order. No telephone number to contact customer service and no one replys to my email. Rather stick with harvey nichols who I have happily been shopping with for over 10 years.

The top was good quality and packaged well. I particularly liked the zip top Flannels bag that the top arrived in. However, I had originally placed an order for three items and payment was taken for them. The delivery was much higher than I would normally pay (£5.95) but I was making a huge saving on the Hugo Boss leather belt I had ordered so I went ahead with the order. It was very upsetting to find that not long after paying I was notified that two of the three items were no longer available and the least desired item would be posted at the extortionate postage rate of £5.95. There was no option to cancel this item and the postage, for a lightweight polo shirt, was no where near what I had been charged. I feel very disappointed at this service and will consider this before purchasing from Flannels in the future.

Still waiting on parcel to be sent back out after getting wrong item sent out in first place .Returned item on 31/12/14 srill not recieved a dispatched email on correct item or a refund for order

I made my first purchase online and had to return items due to fit. The returns process was cumberson and not at all up to market standard - I regularly purchase online from netaporter, outnet, topshop, zara etc etc and they provide a returns pre-printed form and you have to inform them online and then call DHL etc to collect. Your system involves printing off forms (not easy if you are an iPAD user) taking to the post office and am not sure whether you have received the return yet as i have not heard back - all very concerning for me - perhaps someone could look into this and confirm? My order came nicely packed and quickly. However I had to return a jacket that did not fit, to my disgust I had to pay for the return postage at a cost of £8.45 which had to be insured and registered as the flannels states. when I complained about the charge for return item I was brushed away with its in our terms. I am in the process of waiting for my refund for the item don't know how long that shall be. Flannels is a high end designer shop for them to charge for returns is a disgrace I shall definitely not be shopping here in the future I would not recommend for this reason.

After ordering the jacket was onn sale less than a day after £100 cheaper so I drove all the way to Manchester to swap the unopened item but was told I had to post it.dosnt tell you that when u order .was the day before Xmas eve so there was No way of getting item for Xmas.you normally expect items to go onn sale after Xmas not the hour after you spend £380 a week before Xmas .

Very disappointed purchased a stone island garment that was reduced in price within 36 hours of ordering by £60, so needless to say not a happy chappy!!

Very slow dispatch service and no communication. Customer service were great to talk to but it took 6 attempts to get through and each time was a 30 minute wait which meant 3 hours spent holding on! Not what you need at this busy time of year! Email was not replied to until after dispatch took place so was left waiting and wondering what was happening for around 4 days. Packaging was poor of such a high value item. I bought another scarf from Mulberry itself for my other daughter and it was in beautiful box so when they get their presents, they will be similar items but look very different! That was disappointing. Altogether a poor service but item finally arrived yesterday.

I ordered a pair of trainers as a surprise Christmas present for my boyfriend. They arrived a week after ordering & I opened then to find they were the wrong trainers inside the box. After a 45 minute wait on the phone and being no.5 in the queue I managed to speak to a member of staff that was not apologetic about the error and in he end I had to speak to a manager.

THE ITEMS I ORDERED WERE DELIVERED BUT THE JEANS NOT WHAT EXPECTED NEEDED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM BY PHONE NOT E MAIL AS THAT WOULD TAKE 48HRS SO STARTED TO TELEPHONE AT 5-35 NUMBER 6 IN THE LINE I KNOW IT IS XMAS BUT 1 HR LATER ON NUMBER 1 THEN 30 MINS LATER STILL NUMBER 1 THEN 15 MINS LATER TO BE TOLD CALL BACK LATER . I THINK THAT IT IS A TOTAL DISGRACE THE MONEY IT COST ME

Tried to place an order on 4 separate occasions and over 3 days. Successful eventually, nearly gave up and spent my money elsewhere. Excellent product when delivered and good delivery timescale but it should be for £5.95.

I received badly packaged items, one of which has a security tag attached. I emailed to ask for a collect label to be emailed to me and a replacement shirt and I've heard nothing back at all.

I placed a small order for socks, as they were in the clearance section and I always place small initial orders to check what a company is like. Despite specifying a different delivery address during the ordering process, to make sure I would be there to receive the parcel, once the order was placed the order confirmation still showed my billing address as the delivery address. When I emailed to ask them to change it, they bizarrely told me the order had been cancelled. I checked and they had cancelled only one item on my order out of 4. This made the shipping cost very uneconomical (£5.95 for 3 pairs of thin socks) . I emailed again and was told again bizarrely that the order was cancelled. The next day I received a dispatch confirmation, showing only 3 of 4 items I had ordered. The next day the tracking showed as "delivered", even though I wasn't there because they sent to the wrong address, and no parcel has been left with neighbours. To add insult to injury the 4th item removed from my order is now showing in stock at more than twice the price. In addition, they have not refunded the 4th item yet via Paypal. All in all a sorry experience.
