Ordered two items and only received one, later got an email saying they didn't have one item in stock any longer but didn't have chance to reorder meaning if I want to buy a different item in place of the one they didn't have in stock, I'm forced to pay for delivery again which at £6 a pop, isn't cheap.

My order couldn't be delivered to the Collect plus location I requested and had to be sent to my home address. The parcel has apparently now been delivered but I don't have it as I was at work and the courier didn't leave a card. No idea where the parcel is. Not happy

My online order was canceled with out an explanation money was then debited from my bank account when I contacted flannels I spent 15 mins just tying to get through to speak to somebody. When I did finally manage to speak to somebody they could not give me a valid explanation to as my I had been charged for my order then the order canceled'!!!!!! I then requested a refund via PayPal Which I did not get. then I phoned flannels for a second time I was then reassured a refund would be credit it to my PayPal account i asked for the transaction I'd which was bogus as I learnt from PayPal no transaction had taken place. I had to ring for a 3rd and final time to speak to some unhelpful staff who then admitted they had given me the wrong transaction ID some hours lated I received an email from PayPal notifying me of a refund which will take between 5 and 7 working days to get my 46 pound back I feel this is an absolute disgrace as I am a returning customer and have been treated like this it's not professional nor is it how I would do business. If I had not contacted flannels directly I am 100 percent sure I would not of been given my rightful refund !!!! The delivery service for the products I brought was not acceptable. Ordering on a Saturday and receiving 6 days is just no good. I will not use Flannels again until this changes!

Hallo, i don't take your sending, because you don't answer my about 5 or 7 e-Mails in which i bag you to change the size from 48 to 50. because i got no answer from you, i don' t take the sending. If you can send me a Boss jacket with size 50 or may be 52, i will be happy. Otherwise please make a Storno to my purchase an pay the Money back. Thank you Schäfer Ulrich

Disappointed with the item, as it didn't resemble the item online. It was much shorter and I didn't like the gold buttons. Also disappointed with the fact that you have to pay delivery and return costs, which in this case cost me £11.00 for a garment I ended up not having. Overall not very happy.

The product description of the denim was wrong as a result. It indicated it was made of 100% cotton but actually of 98 % cotton and 2 % of elastane, which means it is stretch kind of jeans. 100% denim and stretch one is completely different thing and usually you can tell as you touch the product (that's my case; I checked the tag inside right away feeling something different after the first touch). I love the product itself so it is not that probelm; howeverer I may have been able to consider to have smaller size if the information was right.

Compared to Mr Porter, packaging is poor, but delivery comm's were good! I bought a shirt and a jacket: jacket was great, shirt looked like it had been worn!!! Not good and being returned!!!!

The packing was terrible the shoe box is all bashed and torn but saying that this is the 1st complaint otherwise I have had excellent service

I wasn't that happy with the service I recived to be honest, I paid £175 for a fur collar and i still had to pay £6 delivery. when It came it was just in a black plastic bag, unfortunately the item wasn't quite what I expected (fault of my own) I work in Leeds so I thought it would be okay to return the item to your leeds store, but I was turned away and told I had to send it back in the post. On top of that I had to pay £7.30 to return it. Any other sights I have ordered from they give free shipping on orders over £50 never mind £175, also they give me the option to return In store or free returns. Sadly it has made me a little bit reluctant to order from you again.

I ordered a top on the 12th february, i received an email saying the parcel was being delivered on the 14th but it did not arrive. On the 16th feb a card was left from the courier saying the parcel had been left behind a shelf outside the property. I searched outside but nothing was there, i contacted the customer services who said they would look into it. They emailed me saying it had been signed for by abbotts! i replied by saying how could it have been signed for if it was left outside, and my name is abbott no s. they have emailed me again to fill in a form and show the card that was left, i have sent these in but now the form has to be signed! it is now 26th Feb and i have not received the top ora refund. I have used this company before and had no problems, it is obviously the delivery service at fault,but i would not expect it to take so long to get it sorted.

The trainers that I ordered had clearly been worn before and returned, then sent to me. The box was badly damaged and there was clear wear and tear on the shoes themselves. They cost £180 so was very disappointed when they arrived. Called your customer services department who were very helpful, however was advised to send in an email with the pictures, but took days to get a response. Have sent them back for an exchange, in the hope that I get a new pair this time. Probably wouldn't purchase from you again due to this experience. (Friendly Customer Services person I spoke to boosted my rating from Very Poor to Poor)

Quality of garments received was not good and having to pay for returns postage is ridiculous. Considering most other retailers offer free returns I think I will steer clear of Flannels.com in favor of more competitive online stores.

Was pretty disappointed with the service I got from Flannels in regards to my recent purchase. I ordered a Dolce & Gabanna hoodie in size 50 but didn't fit so sent back asking for a size 52. I could see there was a size 52 online so I asked customer services to reserve - which they said they couldn't do - which I kind of understand. However, sent my item back with the form that requests you need next size up. Despite correct size being online I was told they didn't have the size so they just refunded me.....it's like they didn't want the custom. I then emailed asking why they said they didn't have the correct size when it was clearly online - but was just told to place a new order. It seemed like a waste of everyone's time and portrayed Flannels as quite amateurish. The problem with Flannels as a business is that they don't offer the services that Harvey Nichols offer, ie Click and Collect, Click and try, can't return item bought online to store either..... It's like shopping on EBay Additionally, the Flannels store in Manchester never has decent stock in like that seen on the website and if it does they don't have your size. james farrar

I have recently purchased a pair of Tod's Boots from you company, when they arrived I had received 2 different sizes my purchase was for size 38 & I received one shoe a size 39 & the other a 38. I have now sent them back & I am hoping the problem can be rectified. When trying to send them back to your company via DHL I was quoted $120.00 Australian Dollars to return them. I have sent them now via Australia Post at a cost of $82.90, as the mix up with the shoes was NOT my fault & you obviously have an account with DHL I believe you should make it easier for international customers to return items. I have recently returned a product to another company that also use DHL & because they have an account I was charged a flat rate of $35.00. Your Customer Service Department has informed me I will be refunded the cost back, but I am sure your company wouldn't expect it to be $82.90 Aus$.I would appreciate your company honouring the refund as this was not my fault. With regards to your customer Service Dept they have been very apologetic with the situation. I would say Flannels need to make the rerun of items internationally a little easier.

First off - you sent me the wrong item. I rang up Customer Services and the associate I spoke with was very helpful. I sent back the bag and emailed now several times to find out what is happening but have had no response at all.
