Incorrect size received to be charged for delivery and return of incorrect item is unacceptable won't use delivery service again

I put poor as I don't think you should have to pay postage on delivers and returns I also recived the wrong colour not very good in my eyes

Your website and prices are good but when you place an order it takes too long to arrive. I kept checking my order status an nothing had changed for days. So I sent an email asking where my order was and all I got back was an email saying my order had been delayed due to volume of orders. Most online stores have a next day option which you don't. I just feel it lets your store down abit an does put me off ordering from you abit.

Quality of clothes was poor for the price (Valentino especially - should have been described though as a skirt without lining for £300 price tag) and jeans not as described (cropped not full length - so was quite miffed to have to pay the return postage despite the items ordered not being as expected

my very first purchase I was upset to buy a skirt and nxt day the item having a 20% discount I was ignored in emails about returning and rebuying item my second item I received was a coat at £400.00 and was faulty with rip and had to be resent out another

Waited to long for goods to arrive 7/10 days when goods did arrive no delivery or advise not in parcel And costs you far to much to return I sent sum items back and it cost me 27.00 I contacted customer services over advise note see said she would email it to me but it. Never arrived Why can't you just return it to a store it would be much Easter and cheaper I will not be shopping at flannels again that's for sure Regards Ian Nolan

Delivery didnt arrive in time because dress had to go from Nottingham to distribution instead of being able to buy directly. Also I had a 20 percent disc birthday voucher which I enquired about getting the code for as it had disappeared but I had to wait 24 hrs for an email response , which was then too late to use I think it could have taken longer than that However the girl on the telephone was quite pleasant although she had no control over anything such as asking distribution to post out quickly. Need to be able to pay for next day service as standard is too slow especially if the shop cannot post directly to a customer

Well, I'll like to start with the fact that I won't be shopping from flannels.com for a while now. Firstly, if I'm paying 6£ for shipping, i expect my items to be in a proper box rather than a thick bin bag. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! A BIN BAG! The bag was almost torn by the time it got to me, and an item (t-shirt) was almost coming out!! Secondly, if an item is cancelled due to being out of stock and i email you that very instant when i got the mail of the item being cancelled, to cancel my entire order (i wanted that item as priority, rest all items i bought because i was paying 6£ as shipping) and i get a reply to that email 3-4 days after saying that the order has already left the warehouse. Ofcourse it has left the warehouse, its been 4 days!! I am very sorry, i have shopped alot from flannels but unfortunately this was probably the last time.

I only used Flannels since I had a gift voucher as they are run by Sports Direct (read the addresses on their website). They use Yodel as their couriers which is more than a good enough reason to avoid. My parcel was "signed for and with a neighbour" on both email confirm & delivery card. It was actually LEFT OUTSIDE MY FRONT DOOR for passing thieves. It's the only company I know who sends an email to tell you if you order has been accepted or not - surely that should be done before I click "Buy" and you've taken my money. I'm not sure why I needed 7 or 8 emails for one solitary item purchased. £6 for postage is a rip-off when the courier is that appalling. No other options like Amazon, just £6 that's it, to be wrapped in a plastic bag.

I ordered a XL ralph lauren jumper which was to big, so I returned the goods via TNT filling in the returns from clearly stating large, 4 days later i received the replacement jumper which was XXXL absolutely ridiculous!! so now after spending £16 in carriage on returns I still haven't got the correct size !

I ordered a size 30 trouser, but received a size 32. I have been asked to return by collect plus, some of the shops don't exist within the collect plus network yet they are still being shown on the collect plus website. Flannels have sent the wrong item but have made no attempt to rectify this. Other retailers I have dealt with usually send out a courier next day to resolve a problem of this nature.

I do not agree with the amount of money I paid for one T-Shirt, to have to pay £3.50 to return it to yourselves as it was too small. People pay a lot of money for your clothing etc. Therefore returns and exchanges should be free like a lot of retail shops. This has made me think twice about ordering from yourselves as I work long hours so prefer on-line shopping, however the risk of having to pay for items I return in case they don't fit will probably put me off ordering again.

I paid for next day delivery on a pair of shoes and it took 8 days to arrive. Not good service when spending a lot of money on a pair of shoes !

I recently ordered £166 worth of goods and was incorrectly charged for delivery. I have emailed flannels twice to credit my account but have been ignored. Not a happy customer.

Only ordered due to discount cost of jumper. Paid and just before delivery I received email to say jumper was out of stock. Order was jumper nd jeans.

Paid £6 delivery for items that cost over £140, this should have been free but I needed to enter a discount code to activate free delivery. Takes advantage of those who miss the code. Also, the package wasn't delivered for over a week.

Delivery company failed to deliver next day, or the day after or the day after that. £800 order returned due to incompetence of your logistics partner. Yodel. I will not be placing another order with Flannels whilst Yodel are delivering. A very unhappy ex-customer
