The Jimmy Choo shoes were dirty on the soles as if they'd been worn several times. I had also ordered extra items with my gift card I recieved. Due to no more stock in having to send it all back - too good to be true as usual!

I am very disappointed with flannels as I order a jogging suit on the Black Friday sales both the top and jogging pant stated that they was avialiale in stock the day I received my parcel they was only the jogging pants I went to send. A email and I'd just received a email saying the top wasn't in stock if I new this when ordering I wouldn't have ordered this and would of found some thing else I have been looking online and it's still stating they have the size top I wanted in stock and my recent trip to Leeds had the top in the size there now if i want this top I will have to pay full price which I think is very unfair as I did order in the b Ack Friday sale will not be ordering inline no more

Disappointed with the delivery. I paid £5.95 for standard delivery for me to reciece my goods within 2-4 working days. I ordered on the sunday to recieve it on the saturday which went beyond the time frame. I do a lot of online shopping. Your delivery charge is expensive and not puntual. I ordered at the same time, a product from net-a-porter who were offering free shipping and it came within 2 days.

Ordered a pair of trainers from footlocker on the same day i ordered my shoes. I didnt have to pay for delivery from footlocker and they came 3 days before my shoes i ordered from flannels. If you are going to charge £6 for delivery atleast make it next day or offer free delivery when you spend this much on one item

So disappointed. I received a promotional email of 20% off on items. I ordered a coat on the Tuesday. Received a confirmation email. Friday pm I received another email stating that the item was no longer in stock! So frustrating to say the least. Plus there is no next delivery on this site. Will not be shopping here again.

Maybe a 'poor' rating is not fair as the site and variation of stock is very good. The reason l gave this rating is because of your nonexistent customer service. I have asked for my orders progress etc more than once, with no response, also where are my £10 vouchers??? I feel your lack of keeping customers updated with order progress etc let's you down badly. For the umpteenth time of asking where are my orders/goods??? Regards, Graham

Rarely the cheapest place but if you really want something you have to bite the bullet. Shame they charge for delivery and don't offer free postage for the returns either, especially when you have just ordered nearly £700 worth of clothes. Delivery not the quickest either which isn;t great when you pay extra for delivery.

Ordered an armani t shirt which should of been £75 but I had a £40 gift voucher so I put in my code but it was also Black Friday so I put in my 30 percent off code too which took it to £18. The. I got my confirmation email it had charged me £58 and when I emailed to ask why they said you can't use 2 codes together I asked for a full refund before the item was delivered and was ignored throughout. Poor customer service and won't be using flannels again. I received the £40 voucher because I bought an armani coat from here and got £10 for every £50 spent.

The cruyff trainers had no insoles, but I have plenty of cruyffs so I had to use an insole from another pair. Unfortunately the Cimi jacket didn't fit well so was returned, but that's no fault of yours. When ordering I paid for a DKNY jumper, but I received an email saying it wasn't in stock, surely that should show before an order is placed.

Waiting for delivery, three days after Yodel's first notification of delivery. Yodel send notification saying it will be delivered 'today' and then later notify me that due to a 'proccessing issue my parcel has been delayed for 24 hours' Shopping online at Flannels was good, Yodel has spoilt that feeling.

Use Yodel for delivery, who are consistently, notoriously awful. I had to collect my parcel from their service centre in the end. My designer handbag arrived without its authenticity card. Not very impressed, will not be shopping with this retailer again.

Ordered 3 vivienne westwood items and the wrong item was sent out. Tried to phone and kept getting cut off. Have received the review email before a response to my complaint email.

Cost of returning goods is too expensive . Needs a free returns policy to keep customers happy , as customer is already paying for delivery .

I ordered a Mulberry scarf online, which was lovely. Unfortunately, it was only wrapped in one piece of tissue paper, postal bag & shoved through my letterbox! When I phoned Customer Services to see if they could send out some nice Mulberry tissue & a bag perhaps (as it is a gift) they were most unhelpful too. Would not recommend using, particularly as these are high end products where you would expect a significantly higher level of service, both from the packaging & the customer service department too.

Very well structured website, excellent delivery service and prompt response from your customer service. However, the state of 3 out of 4 boxer shorts I purchased from you was quite bad. They looked like they were in and out of the box on numerous occasions. In addition one of them was missing the original Dolce & Gabbana paper tag (the label was still there) and had a dark smudge on it (possibly from someone's fingers). I decided not to return these shorts as the original labels were still attached to them i.e. they were not worn and I simply washed them. I was very disappointed with the state of the products you sent to me.

Overcharged postage:( can't contact anyone to resolve this. Meant to be £1 delivery on each item I separately bought , as is advertised , yet at checkout I got over charged £5.95 BOTH times so a total of £11.90 when it should have been £2.00 total so Flannels owes me £9.90 which I want returned to my credit card.also unhappy delivery man left it randomly with a neighbour who I don't know when I was only upstairs and I had to wait longer as collect as she was at the hospital with her new born child. Overall I would like someone to contact me to resolve thes issues.please can my next parcel be delivered to me and NOT left elsewhere.the first dress was lovely&homely am delighted with that.
