“I did not get an email about any item depatching information before I got the item. So i had to write the customer service. Maybe it's system delay? I don't know. The packing feels poor comparing with other luxury shopping site like matchesfashion or mytheresa, net a porter :(”

“Your delivery system which is yodel is absolutely rubbish. Not only was they supposed to deliver my items by tuesday but they also lied about attempting to deliver the parcel. I dont think i will be ordering clothes from Flannels anymore.”

“Ordering this items was easy, delivery was fast, quality control before the items were packed very poor. How can you miss a large hole in the front of a shirt? Clearly wasn't checked before packing, so now it has cost me return postage.”

“Love the product (although a large is more like a xxl), love the quick delivery... Really dissappointed with £6 delivery costs, £4 to return and another £6 to reorder in a different size. Then had an emailing saying it was confirmed. Had another email saying it was cancelled because it was out of stock in a medium. Had to order the exact same coat apart from white embroidery instead of yellow....so I ended up paying £30 more in total for the coat I wanted.”
