Hello. For my first order I'm disappointed with your service. Instead brown shoes "Timberland" , I've received blue from "Fila". Woman bag was with defect. So for my own money i had to send you back for the refund. With Sports Direct for more then 15 orders i never had mistakes. Best regards Maslovskyi Oleksandr

I ordered 5 items, 2 of which (a T-shirt and a top) were torn at the back.. Really disappointed!

I have today returned a shirt invoice number FLAN40000025920496. I am disapointed with the service due to the condition of the shirt. The shirt was pacakeged very badly looking like it was a returned item that was immediately dispatched to me. Furthermore the shirt was stained (collar and back). Regards Colin Parr

The jogg came with two little stains. It's not a very big problem but at this price it should be a clean jogg. Whatever Paul and shark still the best.

Expensive handbags were sent in a plastic bag which therefore had no protection from being squashed during delivery. Only one of he two bags had the dustbag included. There was no invoice in the parcel yet the returns process on the website states you must include the invoice if sending back. The seller does not offer free delivery and all returns are at customers cost therefore I would expect the packaging to be much better given the price paid.

I sent an email on Friday regarding missing items and have not had a response. Items have been missed or taken from my parcel and yet I have had no response. I am very disappointed with the non-response I am getting. Very disappointed.

Bought a pair of Y3 trainers, came with stain on laces & pen mark on side of trainer. Box was in poor condition and only one trainer has paper stuffing inside to hold shape. Two different price tags for different trainers stuck to sole with hair stuck to it. Received in good time from placing order.

Wrong color showed at website. Ordered the "wolf grey" which looked like antracite but is just light grey. Color does not match with the picture. Please contact.

Purchased an item via their website for my partner - price was reasonable, and the product arrived in good time. Unfortunately the item didn't fit, so returned their item using their 'click and collect service'. After waiting a few days, we called to ensure they had received the item - they had. We then waited another couple of weeks to find that the item hadn't been refunded. Three phone calls later, and two promises of someone getting back in touch, I received my refund. I truly believe, had I not called, I would not have received my refund as they hadn't even 'processed' the item after three weeks of waiting. I will not be buying from them again!

Goods delivered were not as per website.Took customer services 3 days to respond,and then they had not read my email correctly so gave wrong answer.i gave up in the end and returned a £550 jacket for full refund.

Ordered it before 4pm on a Thursday I'm sure it was, and I was expecting it on either Saturday or Monday. No I didn't get this, I got this on Wednesday. Unhappy with the slow delivery.

Please be advised, when my order arrived both items had quite a bit of hair and bits on both items. We had to use a clothes brush and lint roller to remove all the hair and bits. I was also a bit unhappy with the amount of postage you have to pay compared to other companies. Even other big clothes giants have free deliver or free delivery over a certain amount of money spent. I expected free delivery spending over £300. I expected a bit more from your company, as when you visit my local store in Liverpool, the service and welcome are second to none.

Delivering the item was fantastic . But exchanging was not as fast or good . Can not understand why a exchange is not as good as ordering in the first place .The delivery service you use excellent couldn't ask for better .mrs smith
