Cancelled order arrived, then I had to pay return postage charges.

(1) I placed an order and within an hour realised that on one item I had chosen the wrong size. I searched the website for a phone number, to no avail. The order email received was from an address that was not monitored. I emailed Customer Service and was advised I would have a reply soon - I never received one. So received an avoidable return. (2) Delivery is expensive given it is not next day. (3) Some of my items, a blazer and a shirt were not packaged right and looked like they had been scrunched up - so creases galore and no packaging on any of the individual items to protect them. The blazer I expect I would need to have dry cleaned to get the creases out. So not the best experience unfortunately - and all things that could have been avoided.

I sent an order back as it was the wrong size. After a few days, I had heard nothing from flannels, so I checked the tracking number. They had received the order back. I had no email saying they had received it back, whether I was getting an exchange or a refund, how long it was going to take. In fact, I still haven't had any such email. This is expensive stuff. There isn't a contact number on the web site, just a query form which I filled in and sent. I got an automated message back. Nothing to do with the questions I asked. So basically I haven't got a clue what is happening. Luckily I paid through Paypal so I will get my money back.

I bought a stone island tshirt in medium for my son, who is of medium build, for his birthday this month. I purchased the tshirt on line in February 2017 and it wasn't a sale item. The tshirt had all its packaging apart from the price tag which I had removed because it was a gift. Unfortunately the tshirt was too small (though the description said buy in normal size). Upon liaison with customer services I was informed that because the tshirt was bought in February 2017 it could not be exchanged! I didn't want a refund - just a change of size from medium to large. This never happened so I had to pay another £70 for a tshirt in large and was left with a £70 tshirt in medium. In my opinion, this is not the quality of service from a well established on line supplier.

Delivery was teriblble- DPD watched the delivery driver get out of van take a picture through apartment gates and said no one was in. Had to rearrange to pick up from elsewhere, when picked up the security tag was left in the coat so couldn't wear when needed.

The dolce&gabbana t-shirt that I ordered,upon opening the package I found black marks all over the front and back.The colour of the shirt was white.Sent the shirt back ,but unfortunately I forgot to put the returns form in the package.Not happy with the response I'm getting from customer services.

I ordered 2 tops one came with out and plastic packaging and had dust all over the shoulder the other was in a plastic sleeve but was also dirty

I am very disappointed with your response. I emailed you to cancel my order as I wanted to change my order right after placing the order (made the request on the same date within 1-2hours) but you haven't even replied to me so far and just proceeded with my order. although you have a plenty time to review and respond to me before dispatching my order, I believe, you just ignored me. As addressed by some others' experience with you, you have successfully convinced me that you ( your CS team) only pick up what you would like to response and the rest of them like hassle ones just ignore. My first experience with you is way below my expectations. Just I am hoping that my ordered shoe, which is on the way to me, is not faulty one thus no another efforts for me to return back to you.

Purchased 4 items. One of the items purchased new was used or a return. Deodorant stains and worn signs. One other item ordered was cancelled as out of stock

Having ordered a few times from here, (on one occasion receiving my delivery the day after ordering, that was great) have always found the service to be pretty poor, no communication from the customer services team when querying my orders and asking questions. And with my most recent order I placed last week I was massively disappointed to find a mark on the front or my shirt I ordered, praying this comes out in the wash... Funny how when scrolling through before a lot of people seemed to be in the same situation as me struggling to get a response from the customer services after multiple attempts.

It is my first time to purchase something on Flannels.com. I received it in a few days. The product I bought is fine, given the brand’s image and quality (Moncler). However, I was surprised and very upset with the way it was presented. It does not reflect a luxury brand whatsoever – Using only a regular black plastic/PU bag with no box. The packaging does not go hand in hand with the purchased product. Flannels.com offers luxury brands, however it fails to provide a luxury service. Delivery packaging is a simple but a significant factor to be accounted. Suppose Flannels.com wants to level with the online luxury brands, it should have placed more effort for a factor like this. Apparently Flannels.com is incapable to be a luxury brand. Well, you cannot buy taste.
