Disappointed as one of the tops received was marked and without one of the collar reinforcers. Item should have been quality checked before despatch.

Yes the delivery on my item was prompt however I am very disappointed with the packaging of my item. I have used other websites such as Selfridges to order designer items from and never have I had anything sent to me wrapped in bubble wrap, I think this very unprofessional from an established company such as yourself. My item is an authentic Gucci yet belt for which I have paid £320 for and all I get is bubble wrap? Where is the gucci packaging? I would expect that the belt arrived in the standard gucci box and a duster bag to keep the belt safe. I have a number Of gucci bags and never have I received an item in that state. I intend to make an official complaint about this and will be contacting your customer services team later today. Thanks

Well I ordered a pair of replay jeans online to which they had stains on the front and back of the jeans and a finger nail inside the pocket. Tried returning this in store but they did not stock replay jeans and was told to return them back via the websites address and could not get the store to return them either. The store and online are two desperate business for this matter. The store assistant was kind enough to assist. Well just have to wait now for the refund if it cones through.

Did not get any help in sizes that I needed, I was just told that they only have them sizes available which was not true, So I had to use my own initiative and go on the flannels website my self just to see if they are any other sizes available which I did find the right one thanks to myself but I had to pay delivery charges which I was not really happy about. I would of expected good customer service from Flannels but it was like walking into a pound store to be honest. There is no point of the assistant approaching you asking if you need any help when they not going to do anything.

item was too small which is fair enough, but why you cant exchange or get a credit note from the shop is ridiculous instead of having to return item via post.

I buy a lot of stuff from you and I have rang up a complaint about how all the Gucci tops I have bought all go out of shape when they are washed properly

Ordering and delivery perfect, quality of poor product. Size 9 Ralph Lauren wes loafers. White blemish on the suede and glue on the side of shoe. These have obviously been sent out time and again trying to get them sold because of the condition of the packaging. The label wasn't attached and there wasn't padding in the left shoe. I am contacting your customer services because I want my postage refunded as well as a refund because these shouldn't have gone out to me like this..There faulty and wouldn't have sold in a shop. Haven't used you before.

I ordered 5 items, 2of which where obviously soiled. Customer services very slow to respond, whilst I appreciate that you get an auto response letting you know there might be a delay at busy times by the time someone had got back to me the alternate sizes for the soiled items had sold out. Most online retailers at this level of product have live chat! The returns process is so slow finally received notification that the items have been returned/ processed yesterday ( over a week since I sent back) the returns note stated that 'change mind'against all items when I clearly emailed and sent pictures of the soiled items and marked it on the returns slip.Lets hope no one else gets them. As for the email I received yesterday saying my order has been cancelled it is unclear what happens next? Am I getting a refund and if so when? Overall considering the level of product this company sells the whole experience has been patchy at best.

Sent odd shoe sizes. Customer services not very helpful and couldn't reserve a pair in the correct size would only action after returning. They received the return and still heard nothing back so don't know if they will be sending me my replacement or not poor communication. No money no shoes at this stage

When we called in to your store the item we wanted to purchase did not have my wife's size as the dress she tried on was to small but the assistant told my wife to order on the internet a size up which we did but when we received the new size it still would not fit so we took it back to the store in the city centre who would not give a refund and then told us we had to pick something in the shop for that price which we were not happy about. What is the point ordering online if you don't have return policy. Disgusted Peter Lavin

Ordered a pair of Armani Jeans from flannels. Delivery service was great but the actual product was not... Ordered 30W and L jeans but i however received 34W and L. But i needed the jeans very urgently for an event coming up so i had to make do and use them. After spending £135 on a pair of jeans i would have expected the size to have been correct...

I ordered a bag needed it for my daughters birthday on July 7 th still havnt received it I spoke to an adviser on wed 5 th July they said it should be here on time I'm still waiting could I cancel order now please

I cancelled an item early but was not materialised. I do not know what transpired. I was then forced to return the item and and paid postage at my expense.

I ordered a baby pink lacoste polo and recieved a florescent pink polo nothing like the picture's on the web site I've shopped at Flannels for many many years but this is the first time on line. I really did feel like I had been duped I love the polo but it is definitely not what I ordered very disappointed I will not be ordering on line again

Fast but poor shipping service. Poor packaging.. I can stand so far but rather pay more and delivered by DHL who provide easy customs clearance procedure and delivery service at once . Most unbearable thing was that inconvenience customs clearance procedure even i had to pay unnecessary expense(commission)
