I have purchased a blouse, but it is faulty, has a long thread across the back. I have now been sending several emails to the customer service how to pursed... even with photos of the blouse... I have still no answer.. I only would like to have it changed.. BR, Anna Söderlund

I regularly order items from flannels of high value. My average spend is £800 each time i spend if not more. The last few times i have been disgusted with packaging and the condition of the clothes. I purchased a dolce gabanna t-shirt for my partner which was meant to be white - when i opened the parcel, the t-shirt wasn't even wrapped in any protective wrapping. it was thrown in a squashed bag with around other 7 items. The t-shirt was stained around the collar and looked worn. It looked like sweat stains which repulsed my partner and he refused to wear the clothing i had purchased him. This isn't the first occasion i have worried about the standard of cleanliness and professionalism. I ordered a pair of trainers off yourself many months ago which also looked worn, dirty soles and bricks within the sole creases. Are your staff wearing the clothing before sending them out to customers? I wasn't happy with the way my parcel was packaged, Moschino t-shirts in broken boxes which had been opended. I have taken pictures of my parcel & dirty t shirt. I would be more than happy to email them over to you. I feel the flannels standard is dropping and i feel that Selfridges and Harrods provide a better delivery service with the items arriving CLEAN, sealed in individual packages and defiantly not worn by the staff members first. I may think again before ordering off Flannels again. Disappointed over all.

For starters the shirt looked nothing like the picture we brought it because I thought it was plain blue. It was checked when we received it. Went into the store to try and return it or get a refund or exchange and we were told they don't deal with the online side. RIDICULOUS. And to top it off you have to print the return s form off!!! Disgraceful the amount you pay for items of clothing on here you would think you would atleast print out a returns for for the bag!!

Shoes arrived used and dirty, customer services interactions were slow and frustrating. Won't shop with them again.

Communication - needs to be more quick and responsive. Free delivery should be offered. Exchanges should be debt quicker.

Had to pay for delivery spent a lot. Yet because my return is above your collect plus insurance level I have to arrange myself and pay for it. YOOX Farfetch Matches Luisviaroma etc its all free. As are cheaper stores and brands !

A pair of trousers I sent for were really dirty on the hems and they were dry clean only. Also, I did not like the fact that returns could not be returned to a store. Really disappointed in Flannels

Today I recieved my order of Converse Chuck Tayor all stars (order number: FLAN40000038472218). However the box it came in was clearly damaged and there had been an attempt to repair it with sellotape. As I opened the box it fell apart. This is disappointing because this was my first purchase from flannels online, as I usually shop in store and have never had such poor presentation of a product before. While this product was relatively cheap and I generally buy more high end items, this is not the kind of presentation I would have expected, of a product of ANY price, from a store like this. I am very dissatisfied with my first online shopping experience.

They don't accept American express. Otherwise could have purchased more items.

I've placed 2 orders for total value nearly £600. I paid £12 for both deliveries. Unfortunately had to return few items and have paid £35 for the postage! Next time I want to order something I will think twice, as returns are too expensive and when yon order online you can't be sure that clothes would fit perfectly. I think if Flannels would provide free returns service, they would keep more customers.

The shoe box that my Aquazzura shoes arrived in was totally smashed in transit. If I pay that amount of money for a pair of designer shoes, I would like them to be properly packaged (not in a thin plastic bag without any protection! how difficult to ship expensive shoes in a box?). Very sad that such a great online shopping experience turns out to be not so great on delivery.

Didn't mind paying for delivery too much. Although I think it should be free when you spend over a certain amount. However I was appalled to have to pay to return a few items, I was told I couldn't return them to store (how ridiculous) so it was another £11 to return them after the £5 to deliver them. Disgusting flannels!

the postage you charge is excessive. you need to offer free postage over £100.00 or at least be in line with realistic and fair Royal mail postage costs. This should not have cost more than £3 to post to me.
