I purchased a coat and a t-shirt on flannels and after one day I was told my order for the coat has been canceled. And I was told buy customer service that it takes a day to updat stock info online. I was very disappoint buy the buy that if the stock is sold out, why would it still be showing online? So we have to pay it first to test if it’s still in stock?

The items were damaged and the jeans were covered in pet hair.the moschino dress had a clump blonde hair in the zip.was all screwed up in the bag ..very disappointed as I had to pay delivery and to return .

I ordered a Vivienne Westwood and the parcel came on time but when I opened the bag the jumper was absolutely covered in hairs and also had 2 marks on the bottom, which is unacceptable for the amount of money paid. And £7 for normal UK dilivery is quite redicolous when the majority of companies give free delivery when you spend more than £50

I have shopped with flannels many times and they have always been very good. However, my last purchase was less than good service. I placed an order of a few items online. I paid for the order and thought everything would be fine. However, then I received an email saying a pair of gucci shoes that I had ordered were out off stock and that I would be refunded. But when I looked on the website it was still showing the shoes as in stock. I looked into it and it says in the terms and conditions that sometime the website isn’t updated and may show items as in stock when they are not. I was refunded for the item and I understand that sometimes there are glitches in the system. Although, I have been viewing the shoes on the website for the past couple of days and they are still in stock in the size I ordered and as far as I can tell they were never shown as being out of stock.

Sent wrong item, no phone number for customer services on website, no response to email query requesting pre-paid postage label to return item, phoned Cruise in Newcastle who were really helpful and arranged for pre-paid postage label to be sent to me and provided number for customer service, tried phoning customer services several times to confirm that delivery charge would be refunded as it wasn’t my fault item needed to be returned, however just kept getting the message “we are experiencing high call volumes, please call back” and then just ending the call. Other than Bethany at Cruise who was very helpful, I haven’t been impressed with my first experience of Flannels

If you buy something for £160 you shouldn’t expect to pay £8 for delivery

I live in Ireland very disappointed that I have to pay registered post to return the goods most online stores collect by couriers form my house for free

I purchased some CD sunglasses for my holiday and they have arrived scratched. Theses things happen my issue is with how slow customer service is to help. I paid postage to receive an item that is faulty and I will also have to pay postage to send it back. You sell luxury goods but the customer experience is far from Luxury.

Although I had no issue with the quality of the articles I ordered online with Flannels, I objected to having to pay for delivery when I'd spent over £200 with them. The icing on the cake was that none of the items I ordered were right for one reason or another and I was then forced to send the items back at my expense - yep...no free returns either. All in I think the entire exercise cost me over £20 in delivery and returns costs! I won't be shopping with Flannels again.

Security tags were left on items & damaged, had to return to store , did not re order as delivery charges added again

Following a purchase of 3 items I had to return 2 of them for different reasons, size etc. I had already paid £6.99 for postage and then had to pay £13.75 to return the 2 items and that was just 2nd class. That’s a total of £20.74 just in postage costs, which to me is a disgrace. I did not get a reply from CS when I sent an initial complaint. Really not good!!!

£7 delivery is shocking for standard delivery. Unfortunately the shirt doesn’t fit so have to return it, at cost to me and delivery charges aren’t refunded. They charge £7 to deliver but only cost me £3 to send it back? Apart from this flannels is great

£8 to get an item delivered in 3-5 working days is absolute robbery, the item cost me £210 on most websites this would of been eligible for free delivery never mind £8.

I still haven’t received my order. Shipping is not free so I expect to receive my order within a reasonable time frame. Too slow.

The packaging was very dirty, so I was very surprised. It is not packaging of luxury brands. The Gucci box has damage, wrinkles are in the Louboutin bag, and the brand tag is not included. I was worried whether it was a new product.
