The customer service in store was poor. Asked the assistant if they had the shirt in my size at all, I was asked to check the shirt rail (after I already obviously had) then asked when would they get the shirt in store, I was told “i don't know, maybe this delivery, maybe the one after, maybe in 4 deliveries time”. I asked if they could check online and order one in to store for me, I was told no. Blunt as that!! I went online and ordered it with no issues, paid next day delivery. Frustrating when you are going to hand over a lot of money. I would have gone elsewhere but was cheaper in flannels.

When I received the shoes which I paid £415 for had a sale sticker inside for £290, the box and dust bag were damaged and there were hairs inside the box. I have clearly received clearance shoes and paid full price for them, not happy at all

It was just that the Valentino dress I ordered turned up in a zip up bag and was really creased. I normally shop with Neraporter, matches fashion , Harrods and Farfetch the items I buy there always turn up nicely presented and you feel that you have something special. I tried your company for a change. Dress was lovely but had to be pressed straight away.

I was disappointed that delivery cost me £6 99 but to return the item as it was too small (last size in stock) but to return recorded cost me £3. 45 !

I find the postage and packaging price extremely high, also the fact that you have to pay for the returns. This has put me off ordering again as it costs too much if you want to try different sizes or styles or if you require an exchange! Now that online ordering is the most convenient way for most to shop now and is so competitive I simply wouldn’t choose flannels now

Ordered a pair of Gucci suede shoes on line, when delivered I was given an ex display shoe! The suede was scuffed the sole was scratched and the shoe was baggy! Terrible service, I then had to pay to return the shoes!

haven't got my package yet as it was delivered to a work address on a sunday. No communication and when my pa rang up it was going back to flannels? not even a re try. Rubbish service and no customer service ! Net a Porter is brilliant in comparison

There was some confusion over the delivery. It was promised for Saturday 28th April. As a result of this, I changed the delivery option (as, otherwise, it would have been delivered to work on a weekend). But the package never arrived on the Saturday. The confusion continued on Monday. At 11.30am I received an email from you saying the package had been delayed and would now be delivered on the Tuesday. But at 11.31am, I received another email saying it had been delivered. There was no way of checking which was right, not without going to try to pick up the parcel first.

Item received with security tag. I had to travel to a Sports Direct shop in order to get it removed. Poor service considering postage is so expensive!

I am only rating Flannels two starts because they do not offer free delivery and NOT EVEN free returns. I will no longer be shopping here for this reason considering their photography of the items is really bad and most items do not look the same in reality. I would suggest them to modernise and introduce video and better photography as well as free returns, at least.

The shop brands are great but if you order anything from your online site it can only be returned to the same address instead of a exchange or refund from one of the stores? Ok you can exchange the same item you’ve ordered online instore but not for anything else. This should be clearly stated on the online purchase returns policy which it is not! Very poor.

Love Flannels and would order a lot more if returns postage was covered. Unfortunately the fact there is a cost for returns is a massive deterrent for me

I ordered a Armani belt on the picture is had all the logos on the belt and said it was nylon. When it came it was not the same belt.
