I ordered an item to be delivered in store as they did not have the size we wanted to try and a staff member told me that I could refund there if item didn’t fit. Item arrived, it was too small but then told refund could only be credit note or exchange. This meant I had to post the item back myself. Postage bothe ways came to £15 plus petrol to store nd then post office £5. So to summarise it cost me £20 to try on a coat ! Could you imagine being asked to pay to try on a item in store, this would be laughable but that is really what happened here !

Online purchase was ok. Top that I bought was too small so attempted to return to store in Liverpool, they explained that it would need to be posted back to warehouse, the cost of which would have to incurred by myself having already paid to have the item delivered to store! Poor customer service, at least give the option of free return postage if it can’t be returned to store?

Expensive Gucci bag came in very poor packaging - plastic black delivery bag, then the lovely bag was stuffed in a paper thin cruise package. No Gucci packaging, no flannels bag not even any tissue paper. Really disappointed when buying such an expensive gift I would have expected a bit of glamour. I will not buy from Flannels again.

Product OK. Package looked as though it had been opened and returned. Delivery charge was excessively expensive. Would I recommend Flannels to a friend? No.

Why does Flannels charge for returning goods. Everyone knows that purchases on-line lends its self to items that may not fit. I recently had to return 2 items in large boxes which when the delivery is added cost me over £20.00 for absolutely NOTHING! I use other designer outlets such as YOOX, FARFETCH, D&G, HB, ARMANI, MATCHES.COM etc, and in short none of them extort money from their customers in this way. I will cease to use Flannels in future.

After spending so much money on 2 polo shirts I was charged £6.99 for delivery which is very over the odds compared to other websites to then also find out I have had to pay for delivery to return one of them. So over all I have spend around £11 on delivery

I think the posting charge and the associated returns charge is unacceptable. In short, I purchased £250 worth of products. I got next day delivery at £10, kept 1 item worth £90 and returned the others items. Cost me £9 to return. £19 in total - the item I purchased was 90. Over 20%. Sort it

Speed of delivery is good, but delivery is charged even if collected from store and returns also must be paid for.

I am disgusted at the delivery charge to then find out that if an item needs returned the customer had to PAY the postage. £6.99 delivery charge is ridiculous to start with but having to pay to return is even worse

Just payed for next day delivery as I wanted to wear the shirt tonight.. advised as regular fit but it’s not. It’s s slim fit. I’m not slim. Lol. Bit disappointed, now I have to pay to return it. Next day delivery cost £10 now to return it there’s another £10.. what a wast of £20. Not impressed.

Ordered a Gucci bag and a Canada goose. The Gucci bag had no box, a cover bag covered with stains and a mark on the bag. I was told that all deliveries are checked before delivery but mine had potentially been missed. When you’re spending just under £2000 this is not acceptable.

Brought an item got it home realised a hole in top took it back staff weren’t helpful gave me a credit note said reorder online as not had my size in and then found out I had to pay £6.99 deliver as the item was faulty I think it is unreasonable to make me pay delivery fee

Items came soon enough but one didn’t fit so didn’t get different size as if that one didn’t fit would of cost me over£20 in postage and still no top , won’t be ordering again

Ordered online, payment took twice. No confirmation email of purchase, no reply via email, no answer on the number given my Meadowhall staff. Poor poor service.

Delivery a parcel late after paying next day delivery. Then finding that shoes had been worn, box broken and inside paper and dust bag all creased. Not what’s expected when buying an expensive pair of shoes.
