Sent wrong order and then told right product out of stock a week after dealing with customer service and then to go online and find still able to order that item.disgusted at Such slow responses.then to pay to return items is a joke

Shipping is so slow. Like really really slow. It took over a week to get my item. There is no reason you can’t switch to a faster delivery service and deliver in 1-2 days.

Ordered a pair of Moncler trainers as a Father’s Day gift. When they arrived it was a massive disappointment as both shoes looked liked different colours, one looked white and new whilst the other looked a cream dirty colour and wore, possibly ex display. So by this point, not only have I paid £6.00 for postage, I then had to pay £11.00 to send them back to then be told I can’t have exchange as the size is out of stock. So I am £17.00 out of pocket as was sent an unacceptable item through no fault of my own. Also my kids now weren’t able to give these to there dad for Father’s Day. Disappointed is an understatement.

Was a little disappointed with my order being split up after I ordered the products together. Had to visit the shop twice to collect which is an inconvenience. If in future this happens I think great service is to drop the customer and email to let them know as I would of waited for both to be in to collect at one time. I also found the staff I spoke to at the Shirley Solihull store when I called up to ask her why I had received part order to be useless if I’m honest. I asked questions and her response was you will have to call customer service, then I asked if they were still open she said I don’t know, felt like she just didn’t want to help and had poor customer service skills.

Great selection of clothing, and also have great sales. The fact you charge £6.99 for delivery, regardless of the order value, is an absolute joke. Even more of a joke that you don’t do free returns. Often the fit of clothing is miss-described on the website and i’m left having to pay for a special delivery return through no fault of my own. Sort it out, as it’s letting an otherwise good online retailer down and your competitors are doing free returns

Delivery time was over a week no reply to my emails either not a very good service this time was disappointed as they were ordered for a holiday but turned up too late

I received item later than expected. Item was wrong size so returned it recorded delivery costing £7.40 and know you signed for it on Wednesday morning but not received any communication from yourselves stating the current position with my order. I have tried checking the website and it says no previous history. Cannot find a phone number to ring to find out either Any update from you would be appreciated

Terrible service. I ordered an item of the website and was told ‘I can’t guarantee when it will arrive’. I cancelled the item but it was sent anyway and the money was taken out of my account. The item didn’t arrive as they requested for it to be returned but I still haven’t received a refund.
