Stuff takes ages to come even on next day delivery and then you have to pay to send unwanted goods back

It was a “Pretty Woman” sort of situation, being looked up and down and not spoken to by a middle aged man with mid length grey hair, beard and a suit. I said to him “is this where I can pick up my ‘Click and Collect’ order, he sighed and said ‘yes, but I’ll be a while as I’m with a customer” I waited for about 5 mins and then a lady came over to the till looked at me and asked if I’d been served, to which I replied “no” and explained again that I was wanting to collect my parcel. She said “oh right, well, we shouldn’t be long”. The original gentleman came back another 5 mins later and with no smile or hint of politeness said “have you got your code” he scanned it and got my parcel printed the receipt and just handed it to me and said there’s your £10 voucher. The plastic bag had no handles and was just scrunched up and passed to me with my receipt. I asked a lady downstairs for a bag and she seemed to be perturbed that I hadn’t been offered one in the first place. I have spent (what I would call) a lot of money, I expected better customer service than that.

Very efficient service, however was disappointed that a couple of hours after placing order I wasn't able to change the size of the garment I had ordered?? This was on a Sunday 🙄 Nothing happens that quickly that it can't be changed! It was only the size.

Was OK shouldn't off be charged for click and collect. I think it's a bit off a rip off to be honest

Very dissapointed in the packaging. For something that costs almost £53, I would have expected the belt to arrive in a box, not plastic bag.

Really pleased with product but not happy having to pay such high p£p. Also returns can’t be taken to shop and are cgarchable as well!!!!

Really disappointed that my £140 jumper came in a plastic bag - was at least expecting some sort of box. I’ve ordered cheaper things from elsewhere with more impressive packaging!

I had no problem with the quality of the product however the delivery of my parcel was a NIGHTMARE!! It was sent to a different road with a similar name ( found this out after ringing parcel delivery company) got a message that it had been delivered to me and that I had signed for it. I was horrified!!! . Thought my parcel had been stolen. Thankfully the person who had received it gave it back to post office. It was then correctly delivered to me. Will think twice about buying expensive items form Flannels again.

Really quick delivery and good service over all but when your spending £100 plus more £6.99 is ready steap and I think it's to much money and then you have to pay to send your items back so probably wouldn't order online again

Easy to use site. Good delivery. However for such a well established company, whose products are at the high end of retail I believe returns delivery should be at flannels cost not the customer. Or at least allow returns for refunds to be returned to store.

Product good but to be charged for store delivery is unacceptable the ten pound voucher is not compensation for it because how many people would use it the products are expensive enough with the extra 6.99 pop

did a one day delivery at £9.99 and got the items 3 days later Nor reply to my email to CS then did a fast return through the post(should be free return) and never heard from Flannels 2 days on. Great boutique but need to update the way they operate to 2018

The ordering was easy and the delivery was quick but the collection was a nightmare. I had to stand in a queue where only one person was serving. Once I got to the front the girl radioed for someone to fetch mine and another customer's package, she had to ask 3 times before anyone took any notice of her, then they took forever to collect the packages. Then we had to wait again while she served other customers. All the while the poor girl was apologising and I told her I didn't blame her. But they are seriously understaffed and as it is getting closer to Christmas I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to shop there. The online part of the sale was superb though thanks.
