Delivery was fast but paying £6.99 delivery charge I did expect this, however it was disappointing to have to pay to return goods on a £700 order.

Picking up from Matalan was a bit of a bind. Not sure why I needed passport or a utility bill when I had the email for scanning, I had work pass with photo, all my bank cards plus other photo ID. Yet showing them a letter with my address on was the only reason they would give it to me! I would much more have preferred to pick up from Flannels in Liverpool but I don't believe this was listed as an option - if you would please advise for future reference?

Quick delivery and well packed but sadly the hat stitching came apart as soon as my boyfriend tried the hat on! Sent it back but heard nothing 4 days after returning

Whilst the online shopping experience and delivery service was fast and efficient, the quality of the item was not perfect. The item was damp and has loose stitching. Unfortunately as it was a birthday present I was unable to return and exchange in time. My son does not wish to return it as it was the last of it's design in stock and therefore is happy to accept it despite the flaws. I personally am disappointed that an item of clothing worth £230 was dispatched in this state.

I recommend change to courier, due to cannot track my parcel update statua, just show the delivery date. if ship to east asia. Quite big different with DHL /Fedex track system.

The product arrived quicker than it has done in the past!! However, there have been times when I have not had the necessary paperwork to return an item, an upmarket store should make returns flow more easily i.e. the customer should not have to print paperwork off and then return via the local postal service. Additionally, whatever happened to the customer rewards scheme?

Very disappointed in the way my order arrived. I ordered a Michael Kors dress in two sizes one of them arrived on a hanger and covered, the other was rolled up in tissue paper!!! Not what I would expect for this priced dress.

Fannels you need to get your staff to know the difference between a size 36 and 30. While i may want to be a size 30 im not. Having to pay return cost shows a lack of confidence in your service.

Parcel arrived quickly but even though spent over £100 still had to pay £6.99, and would have cost to return the items. Other companies do free p&p after spend a certain amount

Ordered armani shirt and jeans. The shirt is fine but I've had to send the jeans back as they've got defect on them, I've sent them back and still waiting on reply to get another pair of jeans sent back to me.
