Although the item i ordered was received within 2 days, I think charging £6.99 for 3-5days delivery when spending £160 is a bit strong, lots of companies would give free postage when you spend £100 or more.

Did not find a way to communicate with the store or their customer service via email as i live abroad so no way to ask question as i had a question reg item i bought which i am incidentally returning - no fault of store the shirt sleeves are just too long. Like right now it is asking addl questions how i communicated and how long when there was no communication.

Purchased a shirt online as they did not have my size in store - was fairly straightforward. Not impressed with the delivery charge as I was collecting it from a store. Received regular emails to say when it would arrive . When I arrived at the store I was ignored by two female staff engaging in quite a lengthy discussion as I stood at the till quite close to them! I was finally seen by another member of staff but was then interrupted by one of the other two staff who started another conversation. Rude! I may as well have been invisible!

Don’t mind paying for delivery to store at £6.99 as you get a £10 voucher to spend in store usually because I am usually going to keep the items that I’ve ordered BUT I do mind having to pay to return items that are inferior in make and quality ie. stone island long sleeved T shirt in 3xl that measures 4 inches smaller than the other 3 that I have and are all identical and a stone island calf that was originally £215 reduced to £65 yes it is a great saving but the scale is not made correctly it is shorter on one side so the straight edges do not match up . I don’t feel that I should have to pay around £5 to send these items back that in my opinion are not fit for sale

Bought an £160 sweatshirt. Website good Delivery time ok My disappointment with flannels is the delivery charge!

Very disappointed by the packaging for the earrings which were bought as a gift. The VW box looked old and worn/dirty around the edges and the earrings themselves were just in plastic bags. Expected better quality.

The shoes them self are great the person I gifted them to was very happy, however the shoe box it’s self was delivered in a very poor condition. It was squashed and crumpled.

I think the postage on your items is rather expensive, your brands are already expensive enough without charging excessive postage charges that you do not get with other companies. This puts me off from purchasing from you!

Goods were ordered & delivered in a timely manner, however upon receipt of goods, the security plastic label had been left on, which has resulted in us having to travel to the nearest sister company to have removed.

Flannels need to improve on their returns process, the store assists knowledge didn't know what to do and the information given was very vague. Firstly I was told I could only have a credit note when I was told differently by another member of staff. When returning £500 worth of items, it was concerning not to have received proof that the items had been left in store to be returned via click & collect. The process of ordering the items online was fine, the update emails were good and the click and collect service was quick and easy.
